Located on the top floor in one of the oldest areas of the city, you will find this impressive penthouse with two private terraces and a small swimming pool.



This modern holiday rental in Málaga centre with its open-plan design is spacious, quiet and bright. A modern and well-equipped kitchen with a built-in espresso machine will make you feel at home. The living room with fireplace leads to the bright terrace, separated only by a glass curtain, which facilitates outdoor dining.



Climbing up the floating stairs, you will find a second, even larger private terrace, located on the roof where you can sunbathe while enjoying a glass of wine, reading a good book, or immersing yourself in the small pool to rest after a long day exploring the wonders of the historic city.



The main double room has a private bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating for your total comfort. On the other side of the second double room, you will also find another bathroom with a shower behind a sliding door, which guarantees your total privacy.

Great apartment!

Excellent location in the historic centre. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Lots of outdoor space and a plunge pool to cool down in after a busy day sightseeing. We’ll equipped kitchen.

Great Apartment - Great Location

The Apartment is located in the Old Town and minutes from various Supermarkets. Great location for using as a base to walk around the City. We didn't need to use a taxi at all while we were there. Everything is within walking distance. The Rooftop was great and we used that a few times in late afternoons. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Central location close to all in Malaga

Mix of sport - world triathlon- culture and tourism - great location for all. The pool however is not a swimming g pool - hot tub size.

Fresh bright and clean. Loved the two patios particularly the top floor one with the mini dipping pool. THe view was fabulous- perfect for morning / afternoon coffees and evening glass of wine. Great location - walking distance to everything.

Family vacation in Malaga

This apartment is fantastic! Our family stayed for 8 days and loved the apartment! The space is beautiful, rooftop terrace and pool are gorgeous and relaxing. The location and walkability of the city center are amazing. All of our interactions with Solaga were great - they were all so friendly and helpful.

Close to everything but just far enough from the business of the centre. Massive rooftop upstairs with a great view. The little tub of stairs is a nice gesture. Thank you so much

Property is in an amazing location, very central to all areas, great food and bars very near by very bright open a spacious the rooftop area was spectacular. however the interior was looking tired with skirting and door frames all swollen with water ingress / falling off the walls, sofa was very tired and grubby, Both Showers kept flooding the main areas and sink tap very stiff to use in main bathroom, sliding wardrobe door kept sticking too.! Just looking tired in main area.lower outdoor area was amazing too used it every day.

A great place to spend a few days in Malaga, ideal location, stunning property with view of the Cathedral in front, and the mountains behind. Property itself was great, roof terrace is ideal, plunge pool to dip into when it gets too warm - a tremendous spot. If anything, the jacuzzi didn’t work - we were told that it was a ‘sea water pool’ however it’s clearly a spa with bubbles, and I guess after a few days it requires cleaning. Not sure if the sea water / chlorine is enough to keep it clean.

we were very well advised by steffen. He is very personable and didn't show any stress when we arrived because we rented a garage for our car and we were a bit late. when we arrived at the apartment he guided us through the apartment and explained everything in detail. we were very happy with the apartment. the terrace was of course the highlight and we had everything we wanted in the vicinity of the apartment. thank you so much steffen

Schönes Appartement mitten im Herzen von Malaga

Das Appartement liegt direkt in der Altstadt von Málaga. Von hier lässt sich zur Fuß Málaga erkunden. Sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Auto braucht man nicht. Das Appartement hat zwei schöne Terrassen, mit tollen Blick über Málaga. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Leider war der Pool auf der Dach Terrasse bei unserem Aufenthalt außer Betrieb.

Als ich auf Booking über die Wohnung stolperte ließ sie mich nicht mehr los. Ich stornierte das schon gebuchte Hotel und mietete für unseren Aufenthalt in Málaga diese Unterkunft. Kurz und knapp- wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ohne etwas von dem quirligen Leben auf der Straße mitzubekommen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, da Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns in den vier Tagen dort sehr wohlgefühlt, waren froh einen so schönen Und gemütlichen Rückzugsort zu haben. Fotos brauche ich nicht hinzufügen, wir fanden es, genau wie du den Bildern dargestellt, vor.
