Stays longer than 25 nights, water and electricity expenses are not included and the guest must proceed with payment on the day of check-out



*According to the municipal regulation, each guest must pay a tourist tax of two euros between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax amount is not included in the reservation value. This payment will be made directly to the Albufeira Municipal Chamber via a link sent by email.

Bright, well furnished and well equipped house.

The house is bright, well furnished, well equipped and spacious. The rooms are confortable and the bathrooms too. There is a beautiful garden and a terrace. The position is good to reach Falesia beach in a short time. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Lovely house

We have just returned after a lovely stay in this terraced house. The area is really cozy and the villa is large and spacious. Dialogue with the host was really good. The outdoor chairs could do with an update as there are only four "good" chairs and the rest are white plastic. However, there were only four of us, so it didn't mean much to us.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt zu dritt, mit kleinem Hund in diesem schönen und sehr gepflegten Airbnb. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet jede Menge sonnige Plätze auch im November- am Morgen auf der Dachterrasse, am Mittag im Garten beim Essen oder entspannt auf einer Sonnenliege. An kühleren Abenden heizt die Klimaanlage sehr schnell das Wohnzimmer. Das ganze Haus war in einem tadellosen Zustand- nichts beschädigt oder defekt und alles sehr sauber. Zu Fuß konnte man schnell zum wunderschönen Strand gelangen. Die Wohnanlage war im November fast leer und sehr angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt. Dankeschön, dass wir am Unwetter- Abreisetag noch länger bleiben durften, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging. Wir empfehlen Ritas Haus sehr gerne weiter!

Wir waren sehr begeistert. Es ist das schònste Haus der gepflegten Anlage. Sehr ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse kònnte etwas einladender gestaltet sein.

Schönes Haus! Nice house!

Sehr komfortables, großzügig gebautes Haus, gut aufgeteilt, mit eingezäuntem Garten. (Auch gut geeignet für Hundebesitzer!) Klimaanlage und Kamin sind vorhanden, Grill draußen, große Dachterasse. Küche gut eingerichtet, mit Geschirr, etc.! -Very comfortable, spacious house, well laid out, with fenced garden. (Also suitable for dog owners!) Air conditioning and fireplace are available, outdoor grill, large roof terrace. Kitchen well equipped, with dishes, etc.!

Estadia em Olhos D'água

O local é muito bom. A casa é agradável e o jardim simpático. Boa piscina! O apoio da Rita Serrão foi fundamental e muito rápido. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. A casa devia ter menos objectos e a cozinha devia ser uniformizada nas loiças e utensílios (é uma grande confusão os copos, talheres, pratos de diferentes serviços). O churrasco não funciona. É imperativo comprar uma grelha!
