A well presented two bedroom steading conversion over ground and first floor.

Set within a delightful courtyard to the West of Rosyth, this property will appeal to those looking for a quiet and peaceful location in a semi-rural environment but still in close proximity to all amenities. Its ideal for groups up to 6 who want to come and explore the area and beyond with its quick access to the M90 motorway, bus and train transport links.

The property is a spacious two bedroom steading with all new furnishings consisting of 2 bedrooms set up as 1 Kingsize and 3 single beds, lounge with sofa bed, downstairs WC, fully equipped kitchen diner and a family bathroom. There is free parking available at the property with garden grounds.

This Property is in a semi rural location and is highly advised to have a car when staying.

Perfect house!

Just splendid, absolutely splendid. House was exactly as described, adorable, and clean. Super comfortable; had everything we needed; warm and cozy, and communication with the host was excellent. I would most definitely stay here in a heartbeat.

Charming holiday cottage

"The Steadings" is both cozy and practically furnished, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway in the Dunfermline area. The city of Edinburgh is also easy reachable by train. Our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, particularly when we inquired about extending our stay. I highly recommend this charming cottage!

Nice cottage but needs modernisation

Had a great stay with our 2 dogs, not much around there very quiet. The cottage needs a new kitchen and bathroom as they are both tired and wore out. So quite expensive for what it was.

Cosy cottage for Christmas

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location. We stayed 3 nights over Christmas and were delighted that there was a Christmas tree in the sitting room. Stuart was very helpful and accommodating.

Ein absolut schönes, gemütliches Haus, mit einem tollen Garten. Bestens ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist super, um Ausflüge nach Edinburgh, Queensferry etc. Zu unternehmen.

Vacation

This was one of four places that we are staying while on vacation in Scotland. This house was perfect for our first leg of the trip. It is close to both the every day needs, and the incredible history sites that we visited. It is very quiet but very close to the main roads of travel. The house was very clean, and we loved the size-it was perfect for the two of us. There was one small issue with the listing, as it had been listed as a washer/dryer machine availabilty; however, it is only a washer. Communication with the owner was instantanous, with a solution quickly offered. Overall, it was a beautiful place to start our much needed vacation in this amazing country. Thank you! Fabulous Accomodation

The cottage is tastefully furnished to a high standard, and is very comfortable. Its a little remote for nipping out to the pub, but being so peaceful and quiet make up it. The host is very good on communication and could not do enough for us, although we did not test him as we needed nothing more. Highly recommend a visit to Dunfermline, especially on a sunny day.

Lovely Accommodation

The cottage was lovely with plenty of parking. The layout was beautiful and the cottage had a homely feel. Host was very responsive to any questions I had.

Great base for exploring...

The house was perfect for our needs. It was in a quiet location but close to local pubs and shops. The house had everything you needed for a break away and was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend staying here.
