From the sprawling hilltop estate of Can Arte, you enjoy fabulous views of the Morna Valley. Sitting between the village of San Carlos and the resort of Santa Eulalia to the east of the island, this is a beautiful spot; ideal for exploring the pretty villages of the north and beaches of Ibiza’s east coast.



Can Arte perches atop the Atzaro mountain amongst 17,000m2 of private grounds. 10,000m2 of the grounds are given over to forest – home to three donkeys. Elsewhere, you’ll discover a Balinese massage temple, flower-entwined pergolas, shady terraces and a myriad of beautiful places to relax.



The gardens are also home to a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by tall palms and with beautiful views along the valley to the Mediterranean Sea sparkling in the distance.



Beside the pool and the main house there is a myriad of outdoor dining spaces and chill-out terraces from which to choose. Inside, you’re treated to equally diverse lounge areas and dining spaces – from cosy seating around a vast winter fireplace, to a sunny breakfast table, and the bright, spacious kitchen.





Plush, bright colours, opulent soft furnishings and summery florals combine to create a fresh, romantic and dreamily exotic vibe throughout the interiors and bedrooms.



The main house boasts two bedrooms – a spacious master suite and a versatile double that can be split into twin single beds, if you prefer. The rest of the guest accommodation is found in four separate casitas in the grounds, each of which is home to a spacious double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.



This property is managed by a trusted housekeeper and gardener who have lived on the property for 10 years. The housekeeper who is available 24 hours for cleaning, shopping, washing, ironing and cooking also has 3 dogs and they remain with her on the property, but they are restricted to her house and garden.

Queen size bed which can be changed to two single beds (perfect for children) and en suite. Situated in the main villa



Bedroom 3

Luxury guest suite with king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with large bathtub and shower, built in closet, sofa and chairs, satellite TV, located close by the fish pond with fountain and waterway. Situated in Casita 1.



Bedroom 4

Luxury guest suite overlooking the gardens and the pool with a wooden 4 poster king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, built in closet, antique lamps, beautiful art, Carlucci Fabrics and satellite TV. Situated in Casita 2.



Bedroom 5

Luxury guest suite with spacious en-suite bathroom and large shower, built in closet, flat screen Samsung TV with DVD player and satellite, computer with printer, antique Chinese furniture and a golden Italian designer bed. Situated in Casita 3.



Bedroom 6

Double bedroom with king size bed in a separate beach style villa close to the parking area. It includes a lounge area with satellite TV, a kitchen, dining table for 4, a bathroom with large shower and bathtub and a wooden terrace (17 m2) with lounge beds. Situated in Casita 4.



The villa is fully serviced by 2 housekeepers/ gardener /driver who are available 24/7 and live on the property (separate accommodation). Daily housekeeping of 8 hours per day as well as regular change of towels and bedsheets, laundry, pool and breakfast service is included (food costs are extra).
