The villa was nice and clean, the description about the villa was good. Only 2 minute walk to supermarket and 10min walk to the marina and restaurants. Loads of room for sunbathing on the terrace, would certainly book again. Iain & Angela

What a little gem :) Villa is well appointed 15 minute pleasent walk along seafront , all flat to Marina rubicon Here you will find an excellent selection of bars and restaurants.Lanis cafe and restaurant fabulous . The Lanis cafe area serves the same quality food as the restaurant for much less. Hyperdino supermarket just 5 minutes away from villa Fuente and hijos , perfect for self catering. The chefs among you can walk a little further to the small shopping complex ( 15 mins away ) here you will find , fish,meat, deli , and all other essentials. We have stayed in both villas, HIjos and Fuentes, both great . Well equipped, clean, modern and welcoming. Full tv package , DVDs provided, books if you're a reader a welcome treat. Outside area is great , barbecue , pool is a treat and utility area if you need it . Full cooking facilities, washing machine etc. The owners are easy to deal with and have an equally supportive property management team. They will attend to any issues promptly Really enjoyed both our stays March 2015 / November 2015 and will be visiting again soon . Thank you .

Muy limpio y bien situado

La casa está muy limpia y cuidada y con todo lo necesario para 6 personas. Además está muy bien situada, muy cerca de la marina y las playas de Papagayo. La piscina y el jardín son muy agradables.

Beautiful villa

Had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. Very well equipped, bed comfortable, showers great. Didn't need to have the pool heated in June. Took us about half an hour to walk to the marina but taxis are cheap and buses reliable so we used these a lot. Supermarkets just minutes away. Great accommodation in a lovely area.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir waren Mitte Mai 2022 eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Villa Fuente (Name des Hauses) sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus wurde sehr sauber und so wie im Inserat beschrieben übergeben. Das gesamte Grundstück, sowie das Haus haben einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Die Lage ist alles in Allem auch gut, man läuft etwa 3 Minuten zum Supermarkt. Zur Marina Rubicon hat man etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg, dort gibt es dann ausreichend Restaurants. Alternativ kann man mit dem Auto auch zum Playa Blanca fahren und dort an der Promenade Essen gehen. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und von dem her sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit Brett war auch sehr gut, hier konnte uns auch schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen werden. Was uns ein wenig gefehlt hat, war der Sonnenschutz auf dem Grundstück. Eine Markiese auf der Terrasse oder ein großer Sonnenschirm wäre noch gut gewesen.

Lovely property, excellent location.

Process from start to end ran smoothly, Tracey was on hand with any query’s and the property was excellent. Clean and modern, excellent WiFi. The property is situated not far from the beach bars and shops and in the other direction a short walk to the marina , two supermarkets on your doorstep what more could you ask for, I’d defiantly book again .

Just perfect!!

We were a party of four all over 50. We absolutely loved the villa and all of its facilities. We know the area very well so we knew we already loved it. The villa has everything you could need. It is in a peaceful location with two good supermarkets only minutes away. The communication from the owner was spot on too. We went in January so if you intend to splash about in the pool I recommend that you pay to have the pool heated as we did. It's a few minutes from a small quiet beach and about a 15 minute stroll along the coast to the Rubicon Marina with lovely restaurants and shops. In short you won't regret booking here for a second.

Very good villa in an excellent location

This villa is ideal for those wanting a quiet neighbourhood but convenient access to resort facilities. The marina area is about 20 minutes to ones side and the Papagayo natural park about 15 minutes the other. The Wi-fi was excellent and the heated pool ideal for a dip in the warm winter afternoons. The tv has a huge range of channels and there is a selection of games and books. We would have liked a few more essentials such as washing up liquid but overall a very enjoyable experience.

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und hat eine gute Lage!

Tracey ist ein toller Host, beantwortet alle Fragen und hat vor Ort ein tolles Team, dass sich ums Haus kümmert und bei Bearf zu erreichen ist. Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben benötigt. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegen zwei Supermärkte, will man kurz ins Meer hüpfen, kein Problem. Die Marina Rubicon ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut über die Promenade erreichbar. Die Papageyos sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen und würden sie gerne wieder buchen!

Had a great stay here. Very good location. We all loved the pool. Lovely quiet area, but close enough to shops, beaches and restaurants to walk everywhere and not need to hire a car. Helpful property managers who responded to our enquiries quickly and were very friendly and helpful. Hope to visit again!

Fantastic villa

We just spent two weeks here and loved every minute. The villa was clean, modern & spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed & more. It’s in a very quiet area which is what we wanted. We paid extra to have the pool heated so it was a perfect temp and worth paying for as my little girl spent many happy hours in it. We hired a car during our stay which is why the property worked well for us. We were able to drive to the beach as it’s a bit of a walk with young kids (our kids are 5 & 2).

A wonderful relaxing holiday home

We stayed at Villa Hijos over the Easter holiday 2017. This house has got everything you need for an easy and relaxing holiday and it was so clean and tidy. The kitchen is really well equipped, there are 3 bedrooms (one bunk on the ground floor), the beds are really comfortable. There is full British TV. I am a bit ashamed to say that we watched the BBC news followed by the One Show most evenings! And we watched a couple of movies when we got tired of the sun!!! The outdoor pool is a great size. It's big enough to get a few small lengths in but our 5 year old son loved splashing about in it. We did pay extra to have it heated which I'm glad about as it meant we could stay in it for longer. The outdoor seating area is great and there is a lovely view of the sea from the front bedroom balcony. A lovely place to drink a cup of tea in the morning! There are shops, restaurants and a black sandy beach with rock pools a 10 minute walk away along the coast and the beautiful Marina is a 10 minute walk away in the other direction. This really is a lovely relaxing place to enjoy lunch or dinner. Playa Banca is a further 10 minutes walk and we jumped in a taxi to get back to the villa which cost about 6 euros. There are loads of supermarkets about but for your emergency requirements there is one just 2 minutes up the road. The owner was really helpful and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing get away from it all holiday.
