We loved our stay here! The host was welcoming and helpful and the location cannot be beat. My daughter and I felt safe walking around and even though it was in the heart of everything, it was quiet at night.

The apartment was clean and welcoming. Everything needed for a nice stay was there. Very close to the Duomo , the Academy with the statue of David, etc. I would stay again. The washing machine was unfortunately on the fritz but was scheduled to be repaired. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

We had a great stay at Francesco's apartment. Francesco is an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our visit. The location is fantastic if you want to be in the heart of the action and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for cooking and making coffee. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated, and the king-size bed made for a very comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom and shower were modern, spotless, and well maintained.The apartment faces an interior courtyard, which can be noisy at times. Given the central location, this is somewhat unavoidable, but it's worth noting if you're a light sleeper.Although the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is a small elevator, making access easy. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood throughout our stay.Francesco went above and beyond by arranging a taxi to the airport for us and providing excellent restaurant recommendations. We would stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

It is a gem hidden away in close vicinity of Uffizi and Vecchio. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the apt and all the amenities in it. It was nice to meet Francesco who visited my neighbourhood long ago. Hope to be back soon!

The apartment in Florence was exceptional—comfort and convenience of a more modern, American-style home. The bathroom was spacious, large walk-in shower, and the bedroom plenty of room along with ample closet space. The open-concept living and dining area was comfortable and inviting, kitchen had everything we needed, including a microwave and a refrigerator/freezer that was surprisingly large by European standards.Since this is a VRBO, all the expected/standard amenities were provided.One of my favorite features was the ingenious dish-drying cabinet above the sink. The bottom of the cabinet is open, allowing water to drain directly into the sink—a brilliantly simple design that I wish more kitchens had.I loved this apartment so much that “If I ever lived in Florence, this is exactly what I’d want.”My traveling companion and I also appreciated the layout. A small foyer separates the living room from the bedroom, and each space has its own door, allowing us to enjoy privacy and quiet at the end of each day.From a safety perspective, access to the building is restricted - need key. There are stairs, but European-style elevator, yet a bonus. The apartment is literally just steps from Palazzo Vecchio, we dubbed it bougie plaza, google it and you’ll see why. In closing, Francesco, the host is very helpful. He meets you, communication over WhatsApp before arrival, answered all our questions, markets, taxis and tours.We look forward to staying here again! This was the best accomodation in our 3 week stay in Italy! The host took the time to show us around the apartment. I was most impressed with the details that made our stay comfortable: box of tissues on each night stand, comfortable bed, large fluffy towels, etc. The location is absolutely amazing. It's located just a couple of blocks from Ponte Vecchio, but tucked into a very quiet square. The elevator made it convenient to bring our luggage up and down. This place is a gem!
