About this space
A recently decorated 4BR / 3 Bathroom modern family home situated in a quiet residential area off the Antrim Road. A spacious back garden with patio awaits those who want to relax and enjoy the sunny evenings after a lovely climb to Napoleon's nose on top of Cavehill (amazing views over Belfast!). An ideal location for those looking to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Belfast (7 mins away) but also for those wanting a base to tour and enjoy the beauty that Northern Ireland has to offer.

Our Home
Regarding the house itself it is in a superb location - nestled in a quiet area just off the bustling Antrim Road and around 7 mins from the city centre.
There are three double bedrooms (one with en suite) and a single bedroom. We have one additional full bathroom a small toilet and sink downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals and a large dining table for everyone to sit around and enjoy them! The main living room TV has smart features so you can catch up on all your shows and is adorned with three sofas so everyone can sit together and enjoy nice quality time.
The living room leads to the lovely, spacious back patio and garden where you can enjoy that morning cuppa or evening cocktail and let the kids run around.
There is enough parking for three cars at the house.
The Area
The house really is in a fabulous area - a quiet residential cul de sac but walking distance to the any bars, restaurants and cafes of the bustling Antrim Road and just 7 minutes drive/10 minutes bus to the city centre. North Belfast is also a great starting point if you are looking to take on the wider sights of Northern Ireland (e.g. Giants Causeway) as it is close by to the main roads to take you there without the city centre traffic.
Cleaning
To put your mind at ease, our apartment is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in Belfast
Convenience
For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don't worry if you get held up!
Flexibility
Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm but if you need to check in earlier please ask and we will provide free of charge if possible. Checkout is 11am and unfortunately we can't cater for late checkouts.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire house and garden
Other things to note
Please note that parties are not allowed and there should be no extra guests at any time without prior approval from us. Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking without refund. This is a quiet cul-da-sac where people have young kids, jobs to get up for etc. so please respect our neighbors as if they were your own.
High chair and travel cot available upon request - please reach out if you need these.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
