This modern villa with its own private swimming pool and roof terrace is located in Sucina, Murcia. The living areas of this villa are all on one level with direct access to the terrace and pool from all 3 bedrooms and the lounge. there are also 2 bathrooms, large open-plan living room and kitchen. One of the great features of this villa is the outside space which has a large outdoor swimming pool. The pool can also be heated during winter months for an additional fee. Outside you have a large terrace with sunbeds and garden as well as the BBQ, roof terrace, sun beds and pergola.  



Sucina is a small village just 20 minutes drive from the beaches on the Costa Calida and a great hub to enjoy the many golf courses in the area. The village has everything you need including restaurants, bars, banks, petrol station, medical centre and is just a 7 minute walk from the villa.

Lovely villa, very modern and clean throughout and met our needs well. The pool was great and heated to a great temp making it more difficult to get out. We love Sucina as we have friends that live there but it’s very easy for golf, beach and the village has everything that you need with some great eating places and bars. Would certainly stay at the villa again in the future.

Lovely villa

We enjoyed our stay , villa is stunning in very peaceful area, only a few minor things which could improve the stay , a bigger selection off glasses ( pint & tumblers) & outdoor glasses would be great also the addition of pool towels would be really useful as we didn’t have with us & had to go and purchase a few apart from these minors things we loved our stay & would definitely return in the future .

Disappointing family holiday

On first look the villa and pool were lovely, but on closer inspection, the upkeep and cleanliness of this villa was very poor. From the first day we noticed broken items or items not available for us to use. Such as the safe, lock for the back door to the property, sun-lounge covers …. We were told only the property owners could use the safe and we didn’t need it. We had nowhere to store our passports or valuables. We lost power during our stay and were not able to contact the property manager for advice and she didn’t bother returning our call to see if we needed any help. We didn’t feel she was approachable and weren’t impressed by the poor service. We found she was rude from the day we arrived and had the cheek to charge us €20, to leave our cases while the property was having a deep clean and inspection. We did try to raise our concerns about the standard of the property but we were unable to contact her during our stay. On our return home, we had texts accusing us of not treating the villa with respect. We did raise our issues with the property company about the poor property upkeep, but have had limited responses to our concerns. To say this was disappointing is an understatement. We go away every summer and always treat villas with respect and have never been treated like this before. We felt the price of this holiday was misleading considering the poor upkeep and overall lack of cleanliness. We would not recommend this villa to other families.
