Lovely place, with great views and easy walk to Swanage. Very spacious, with fantastic deck. Our two 6ft2inch sons were comfortable in the smaller bedroom whilst we lived the ensuite. If WiFi is a must (some mobile signals very slow) check with Pat the host it's all working.

Lovely property if a bit hilly but that's how you get that view. The property was clean and comfortable and everything you needed. Pat was very helpful and answered out queries quickly. The only down side was that there was not an on-sight small shop for emergencies ?

Thank you for your lovely review, it was a pleasure to host you and your family. Agreed the hills are challenging but as you say the views are worth it. Sadly the site does not offer a shop, but there is a local shop 10 mins away. You and your family are welcome back at anytime Pat 😊

3 nights during heatwave.

The chalet is in a lovely location on the side of a hill looking over Swanage bay. It is pristine. Everything was immaculate. Really well equipped. The large outside terrace was great, with lots of seating. The chalet is as shown in the listing. I found nothing negative to report. The owner obviously goes to great lengths to clean and maintain this place. Also the owner could not have been more helpful . A steep walk from Swanage so you need to be fit; or use your car. We had a really enjoyable stay and look forward to our next visit.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I moved here in 1978, fell in love with the area and friendliness of the local people and I have never looked back.
The spectacular views and well maintained site, I just could not resist, the facilities are superb with a indoor heated pool, gym and bar with summer entertainment.
Feel very privileged to be an owner of this beautiful Lodge.

この宿泊施設の特徴

It was just the views, whenever I am up here I sit for hours looking at the Sea. The wildlife deer, foxes, birds it is just perfect. The Lodge is on a side road off the main thoroughfare. The Lodge has three parking spaces. In the summer the BBQ comes out and to sit on the balcony watching the Sun go down, with a glass in hand whilst dinner is cooking away is perfection.
