The swimming pool and tennis are available to guests.

The shops in the historic center of the beautiful village of Colà di Lazise are 1000 meters from the apartment, the closest beaches are located in Pacengo di Lazise. The historic center of the capital Lazise can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The parking space is located directly under the house.

Movieland and Caneva Aquapark can be reached in 5 minutes by car (2 Km), Gardaland is also very close (3 Km).Colà is a hilly fraction of the Municipality of Lazise.Every year in August the Ancient popular festival of the Madonna della Neve takes place there.Colà is also famous for its SPA PARK VILLA DEI CEDRI, 13 hectares of well-kept park with lakes and centuries-old trees.The low-mineral thermal water gushes out at 37 degrees and is used to supply a 5000 m2 natural lake and its hydromassage systems.
