Located on the first floor of an elegant building with a lift, this apartment is situated on the emblematic Avenida de la Libertad, very close to the historic centre and the beaches of Playa de la Concha and Playa de la Zurriola.



The property consists of a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and two bathrooms with shower.

Perfect location, great roomy, clean and modern appartment

The location is perfect. In the middle of it all. Walking distance from all restaurant and the beach. Rooms were very good, very good beds and clean. Kitchen and sitting room with a view on the city street. Definitely will recommend to fiends and family. All was perfect

Lovely apartment, very helpful staff

This is a light airy apartment right in the middle of San Sebastian, great location and lovely accommodation. We had a minor issue when our bag was stolen and Sheila at the office could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the company, very happy to deal with a local rental agency. San Sebastian is a beautiful, safe and clean city, very pleasant to visit. I thoroughly recommend it and this apartment.

Feels brand new

The apartment was spotless and well designed. It had everything we needed and lots of space for storage. It would be helpful if there were more plates, cups, and silverware, so we wouldn’t have to do the dishes so often.

Apartamento inmejorable

Todo, la ubicación, el diseño, muchísima luz sobre todo al ser todo exterior, la calidad de los materiales, las zonas comunes (dos ascensores y puerta edificio automática), el equipamiento, el trato de la agencia. Ninguna pega.
