This modern apartment is located in a quiet area just a few steps from La Concha beach right in the downtown. From the apartment guests can quickly reach both La Concha beach, the comercial area and the Old Quarter.



The apartment highlights for its large terrace overlooking the city. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another one with a double bed. It has two bathrooms, both with wonderfull showers.

Great location, good facilities-comfortable modern apartment. Outdoor space great - outdoor furniture tired. Bottle of water would have been a nice touch. San Sebastián great place to visit!

It’s a great location with a nice view of the city. You’re close to the Malecon walk and not too far from the old town – but you’re far enough away to be quiet. There is a very cute and knowledgeable wine bar right next-door. It was extremely easy Picking up the key and the directions in the Apartment book are super explicit. Very affordable if you have two couples.

Ideal location & a good layout for 2 couples

Close to the beach & a roomy apartment. We loved the nearby La Madame Restaurant! There was a coffee pot but no coffee, no paper towels & just one kitchen towel, and no extra toilet paper. There is also a leaky bathroom faucet that has discolored the wood behind the basin as well as the floor. It appears to have leaked for some time.

Very nice 2 bed apartment with 32 bath.

Very clean apartment in a great position for San Sebastian. Expect to have to pay 22-30 Euros for parking. Would recommend.

Excellent place.

The Atlantic fit our purposes really well. We had two coupes and we each had our own bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The deck was fabulous and we enjoyed drinking wine and sitting outside.

Near Beach in San Sebastian

Great location and very nice property with a terrific outdoor space. The apartment is on the 7th floor and although we tried to take the stairs you will be relying on the elevator. Be prepared to go the store and purchase basic supplies. We stayed one week and the one extra roll of toilet paper was not near enough nor was the 4 laundry tabs and 4 dishwasher tabs. We had to buy everything: paper towels, toilet paper, salt, etc.

Good location for accessing the beach and local restaurants and shops. Clean, modern apartment. Good instruction book with wifi, appliance instructions, etc.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was in a lovely position within walking distance of old town. It was immaculate inside. Only issue we had was when we checked in at the office we were told the apartment was a 5 min walk away (which it was) and that the apartment number was 7C. However there was no apartment 7c so we thought we were in the wrong apartment block. However having wasted about 15 mins to see if we had got it wrong we decided to try the key in 7B and it worked. We did let the rentals collection office know and the lady there knew it was 7B and that the paperwork said 7C but didn’t think to say! Also there was a local car park that we used for the hire car and that cost €25 euros per night however the rentals collection office do have a reduced rate of €20 per night at another car park but we had already parked the car at this point. Anyway would highly recommend the apartment and the balcony space was a bonus and we were lucky with the weather so it did get used. The washing machine and dishwasher also a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and would rate it 10 out of 10 for all aspects listed below. The location was particularly good. The staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and we would not hesitate to use the company again and will certainly be recommending to friends to use the company.

La decoración del apartamento muy cuidada. Acabados y materiales de primera calidad. Apartamento totalmente renovado. Terraza muy grande y agradable. Muy buena ubicación para visitar la ciudad a pie. Se valoraría que la estancia incluyese parking o hubiese algún acuerdo y descuento con parkings cercanos ya que el aparcamiento en los alrededores es muy difícil y precio elevado.

Moderno y recién renovado apartamento

Todo, apartamento nuevo y en perfectas condiciones con todas las comodidades. Incluir jaboneras por poner algún pero. La localización por la noche parece un poco insegura.
