Beautiful country house with pool for 6 people, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Portocolom, just 3 km from the beach.



The house is located within a spacious area of more than 3,000 square metres and comprises a garden, private pool,and for the children table tennis.



We enter the house via a spacious covered terrace which has an attractive dining table and chill out area, leading in to the kitchen and dining room. There is a substantial dining room and its large windows provide the space with plenty of natural light. It has a sofa, TV, large dining room and decorative piano (not tuned). The kitchen is located next to the dining room and is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all the kitchen equipment you will need.



To the rear of the house is a double bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with King size bed and a suite which comprises King size bed and en suite bathroom with bath tub.



The swimming pool is located on one side of the house. Next to the pool there are 6 hammocks, a sunshade and a terrace with table and barbecue.

10 days of sunshine

Excellent property and great place/holiday. Lots of places to go for food/drinks and within driving of lots of great historical and archaeological sites. The house was great- clean, spacious and well equipped on the whole. We found it frustrating that the air conditioning was pre timed - this didn’t suit us and when we asked about it we didn’t get any answers but it didn’t really cause any problem we couldn’t handle. The house and garden, pool and ping pong table were fabulous - excellent place to base your stay in Portocolom and explore this part of Majorca. A net for the amazing pool to scoop out bugs and leaves would have been handy. On the whole we loved our stay, the property was wonderful and the pool great. Small aspects could help - access to a pool net, a toaster (the rental team brought a kettle - thanks- ) but mostly control over the air con would have been great. Would we recommend this property? Yes absolutely - we had a fabulous time, Tthe pool is great, the kitchen all works and the shower in the main bathroom has great water pressure! We would absolutely recommend the property and Portocolom to others. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Huis was heerlijk. Geweldig zwembad, veranda, kamer & slaapkamers. Minder was dat de vaatwasser niet goed schoonmaakt. Groot licht /bewegingsmelder bij zwembad jammer. Airco werkt niet altijd wat heel onaangenaam was. Verder echt een heerlijk vakantiehuis
