Stayed here with friends for the weekend and had a great time. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The property was spotless and had all the facilities required to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The garden is amazing and the location is excellent, being close to numerous tube stations and bus stops. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cozy flat in vibrant south london! Great amenities and lovely English garden with two sweet and friendly dogs! Easily accessible via bus or underground tube! The owners are kind and accommodating we appreciated the fans during the London heat wave of 2026 :) highly recommended property for a home away from home! We look forward to returning!

The stay was great! The space was a good size, the beds were super comfy and the location is within walking distance to the train to take you into the city center to see all the sites. Communication with the owner was great, and the area felt safe. The only concern that we had was that the front steps were a bit steep if you are not used to steps without a railing.

We were happy to find a flat in London for our family which included a beautifully planned lush garden space. The queen bed and twin bedrooms were super comfortable. The kitchen included everything that we needed, even a dryer. Quick walk to the Stockwell tube on the Victoria line. Great communication with our host! Many thanks!

Beautiful Garden Stay

We were in London for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. The apartment was exactly as described, it was easy to get around, and Ben and Nick were terrific to work with.

Delightful and homely

We loved staying here, and very close to Stockwell train station allowing us to have easy transport to all the attractions in London. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and we adored the garden, doggies and seeing turtles in the pond. 5/5 for this beautiful little home.

The host was very friendly and helpfull. Its a 10 minutes walk to the nearest tube. The area felt safe. It was very nice to sit in the garden with different sitting area's. The garden and apartment need a bit of maintenance. The host lives above the building, it was a bit noisy. After all we had a pleasant stay at thuis apartment.

Nick and Ben were so nice and helpful. Nick met us upon arrival and gave us helpful hints for the house and things in the area. The apartment had everything we needed and was an easy walk to the underground.

Handy location great for a getaway

Ben was always helpful and prompt in communication. This garden suite has two bedrooms, a comfy couch and full kitchen which was great for our group when visiting. We were able to pack in a lot as it was so close to the city (it seemed like we were 20mins away from all the hot spots).

Graduation and vacation

The hosts were wonderful and respected our privacy. The description of the apartment matched what we found! The courtyard was our favorite part! The buses were a short walk away. We hope to stay again someday!

Excellent stay. Wonderful property.

Thank you for a great stay. Very helpful access instructions - being able to drop bags off early was tremendous. Sitting out in your wonderful garden enjoying the super hot weekend weather was the icing on the cake. We had a great wedding weekend - made easy by the location of your lovely apartment. Perfect for our Needs

This charming property was exactly what we needed for our U.K. girls trip. Comfy and clean beds. Well accommodated kitchen. Small grocery store directly across the street. Lovely back garden for a nice respite. 10 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. Our younger girls loved LONDON so much and cannot wait to return.

This was a very homey stay in the heart of london. There was easy access to the city with buses and a tube station a short walk away. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We made dinner in the kitchen several nights and there was all the equipment we needed. The space definitely felt lived in, but it was reasonably clean and comfortable. Clean towels and sheets. I stayed with my husband and our three young children and it was just enough space for our family.
