The villas are located in the village of Spartia, 650m far away from the beach, with a panoramic view of Liakas bay in the South of Livatho area, Kefalonia.

Christina Villa (50m2) can accommodated up to five persons. The villa has two bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen for self-catering holidays and bathroom. The villa is comfortable and afford sieves for the windows, air-condition, television and wireless-internet. Also features a hairdryer and iron. A common washing-machine is available in the corner of the complex.
Baby cot and high chair on request.
Each kitchen features a double door refrigerator, oven with electric hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a full set of pans.
There is no infrastructure for accommodating people with disabilities.

Christina Villa has verandas with a view to the sea and the mountain of "Enos".

The complex is surrounded by a large garden with lawn, trees and flowers. Garden well maintained for children to play. In the garden you can find barbeque, pergola, showers, washing machine and a covered dining areas ideal for dinner and overlooking the sea.
