Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Sehr geräumiges Appartement und sehr gut ausgestattet (entspricht den Fotos und der Objektbeschreibung). Toller Blick von der großen Terrasse. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber des Eingangs auf der Straße, steile Treppe bis zur Haustür. Der Weg mit dem Auto nach oben ist etwas abenteuerlich. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Great Vista

From a position mid-way up a steep climb from Eze sur mere, the views of from the property down to the bay below and up to Eze village some 300m above, is uninterrupted and so is most impressive. Firstly, just to clarify, the rental property is not itself a stand-alone villa but is the top apartment of a villa comprising 3 such apartments. Don't let this put you off though as your immediate neighbours are delightful and private. The decor and fittings are modern and the apartment is very comfortable and the large terrace makes for great outdoor dining or relaxing as you simply drink in the views. Being seasoned coastal walkers, we found the walk up to Eze village relatively easy and very enjoyable but you should be prepared for a scramble. It makes for a great base to visit nearby locations and, should you not want to drive, the train station below convenient albeit with a steep climb back-up to to your bed!

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer wundervoll. Die Lage zwischen Monaco und Nizza ist sehr günstig. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt! Jederzeit wieder!

Excellent séjour à la villa Moana

Le site de la villa Moana est exceptionnel et la vue sur la petite baie d'Eze formidable. Depuis la terrasse, le spectacle de la nature environnante est permanent. La maison est très bien équipée et d'un grand confort. L'accueil chaleureux de Dominique est un atout de même que sa gentillesse et sa très grande disponibilité. Compte tenu de la situation de la villa une voiture est un plus. Un excellent séjour ! Nous pensons déjà au prochain.

A casa é indescritível !Tudo novo ! Bem montada ! Brasileiros , aluguem essa casa é passem 7 dias num lugar lindo e encantador . Nós ficamos hospedados lá e todos os dias íamos conhecer cidades vizinhas , pertissimo e cada uma com suas características diferentes . Até em Sospel, Alpes Franceses , nós fomos. A casa oferece tudo do bom e do melhor . Irrepreensível , nos detalhes ! A vista é de tirar o fôlego e vale s íngreme ladeira para acessar a casa . ( só de carro pode se alugar essa casa) . Excellente location !!

Finally the place where we found rest

The place is awesome. The view is magnificent. The apartment is perfect state. Just a positive surprise, while you often see nice photos and overpromising, this is the opposite. Spacious, well taken care of, clean, nice. We enjoyed it so much that we will definitely come back again. As soon as schedule allows. The only downside: as there is no pool, we will not rely on that place for summer holidays ,-) Thanks for hosting us!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Neu renoviert mit geräumigen Zimmern, eine exellent ausgestattete Küche bis in die kleinste Details an Küchegeräten und Kücheninhalten bedacht. Top Lage. 8 km bis nach Monaco und 13 bis Nizza. Eine sehr große Terasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Inhaber sehr nett (wir kammen um 2 Uhr nachts, trotz später Ankunft sehr gut und hilfsbereit empfangen). Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Bilder sagen glaube ich mehr wie tausend Wörter 5 von 5 Sternen

UN ENDROIT MAGIQUE

une immense terrasse qui surplombe la magnifique baie d'Eze bord de mer. On prend son déjeuner entre la vue sur la mer et celle au dessus sur le village d'Eze quel bonheur. L'appartement est superbe design et chic, décoré avec gout . La literie des chambres est parfaite. Merci aux adorables propriétaires qui font tout pour que nous passions un séjour inoubliable.

Tête dans les montagnes avec aux pieds la mer

Un cadre montagneux à quelques kilomètres de la mer très dépaysant et reposant, la quiétude est au rendez-vous ainsi que les vues sur mer et montagnes. Beaucoup de possibilités de visites pour les férus de vieilles pierres et d' histoire. La location, au dernier niveau de l'habitation, est parfaitement entretenue; la description correspond aux attentes de potentiels vacanciers en désir de vacances agréables.

Thanks for theese wonderful holydays

It was so nice to relax on the sun terrace after a trip through the Alps under the weather. We've been very warmly greeted by our hosts. We've spent a wonderful week at rest in a very quiet place, visiting the small villages around or going shopping to nice and Monaco. I recommend going swimming at the nearby beach in late afternoon just before dinner. Thanks for everything, it will be hard to go back to work!!

It’s a great property, well maintained and well located. It corresponds precisely to its description in the internet, moreover, the spectacular view from a balcony is much better at any time of the day than that in the internet pictures. Location is good, quiet, with almost no neighbors, and no parking problem (important in Cote). The owners are friendly, efficient and responsive. I put here my suggestions for the owners to make the object even better 1. Provide a short operating instruction for all in-house devices. I won the fight with the refrigerator, but was unable to get on TV. 2. Print out the access key to the internet and provide it to your guests. It helps avoiding cumbersome handwriting of the codes introducing errors. Two items above did not make our holiday worse; they are rather hints for the owners. We were there a bit off-season, paying a thousand for a week. Anyway, the price/value ratio seems to be very good. I recommend this property for those who are price conscious but looking for a quality in Cote D'Azur.

sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir verbrachten eine herrliche Woche in dem großzügigen Appartement der schön gelegenen Villa in Eze. Sehr gepflegte und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Traumhafte Aussicht von der Terasse aus. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für 3-4 Personen. Ein Fahrzeug wird benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour magnifique

Pour se retrouver au calme et profiter d'une vue superbe, pour profiter d'un environnement très propre, spacieux et aménagé avec goût, pour rêver...ce fût des vacances réussies. On est très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui a su parfaitement nous orienter dans cette magnifique région: tout est à proximité, Monaco, la plage, la Promenade des Anglais... .On a apprécié de pouvoir descendre à la plage à pieds (15mn). La terrasse est un bijou et exposée plein sud. Je recommande!!

Incroyable!

Vraiment incroyable. La vue de la terrasse est encore plus belle que sur la photo. La maison très chaleureuse et les mansardes ont fait le bonheur des enfants. Soleil, mer, confort et accueil exceptionnel, les enfants ont autant apprécié que les parents ce séjour reposant à 15 mn de Monaco. Un must!
