Our 3rd stay at this wonderful apartment. Stunning views of Eze bay, great location for travel to Monaco, Nice etc by train or bus. We can’t wait to return in May.

Perfect location

We choose these location because we know the area and it’s the best for day trips around , also walking distance to train to go to Monaco , mentón .. anywhere ,easy to get to supermarkets and restaurants , beach is just down the stairs .. we loved it !

Amazing

Fantastic location, easy check in and out. Stunning views. Easy access to Monaco and the whole coastline by train and bus. We can’t wait to re book and return to the apartment.

Beautiful view of the Mediterranean!!

We stayed for 4 nights but would have been happy to spend 2 weeks at Eze sur Mer. It is a quiet and beautiful bay on the Cote D'Azur. Close to Nice and Monaco. Dramatic scenery. The condo was clean and spacious. I loved this place. Would love to go back!

Eze Bord de Mer

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. It is a perfect place to stay on the Riviera with easy access to Monaco and Nice. There is also a train station 1K from the property if you don't have a car. The beach is stony, the scenery is amazing. It's about a 10 minute drive to the town of Eze, but very much worth it.

Very nice with a private beach. We used the balcony a lot. The apartment is really great!! The sofa bed is not very comfortable. There’s no supermarket or kiosk within walking distance.

Positive: -excellent location - Friendly owner with good communication. Negative: in spite of good communication the owner lives out of Eze and there is no manager of the property. The keys are given by a building guardian and there is nobody on site to assist or provide with information. The flat itself is really ascetic with basic furniture only like sofa, bad and dining table. There are no coffee tables, paintings or pictures on the walls or other decorative elements to make the place cozy. Some designer touch is required. The kitchen cabinets are shabby and shaky; the bathtub does not work properly. The main concern is one of the locks at the entrance door. Pay attention that one of the locks does not work (we had not been informed about it by the owner). When we got out and locked it, we were unable to get into the apartment. WE had a call from the owner and the owner advised us to break the apartment through the balcony. To be honest I found it more than weird. WE are on holiday. We are renting the apartment for money and the owner of the property does not care to find a person who can unlock the property, or even find the ladder. I had to find a ladder and climbed the second floor to break through the locked apartment. That was really awful.

Bon séjour ,Mais manque de propreté dans la salle de vie ( aspirateur non passer )et dans le lit des poils retrouver .L'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas et en plus très sale. Nous avons dû enlever toutes la saleté.Le tapis est très sale .Sinon très bon séjour magnifique vue sur mer et tres belle région..

Pieds dans l'eau, joli jardin fleuri, calme sauf nuisance sonore d'une buvette à certains moments, beaucoup de belles promenades dans les environs. Pas de plage de sable. Accueil très sympathique. Un bon choix pour des vacances réussies.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce charmant petit appartement, blotti au creux d'une magnifique résidence privée ! Emplacement idéal et vue splendide ! Equipement tout confort ! (seul petit hic: les poêles qui ne sont pas adaptées à la plaque de cuisson... mais ce n'est pas bien grave ! ^^) Bref, nous sommes charmés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! :) Céline & Pascal + Iris (5ans)

Quelques jours sur la Côte d'Azur

Excellent séjour, dans une résidence bien tenue, au calme et face à la mer, conforme aux photos. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Noémie, la gardienne de l'immeuble, attentive à notre confort. L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Dommage, quelques petits travaux d'entretien seraient à effectuer par la propriétaire pour mériter la note maximum.

Quelques disfonctionnements: * Serrure entrée beaucoup trop dure à ouvrir. * Plaque cuisson fait un bruit inquiétant bout de 5 minutes. * Casseroles ne fonctionnent pas avec les plaques. * 1 ampoule hall hs * 1 ampoule sous meuble cuisine hs. * Baignoire très dégradée. * Local poubelles presque inaccessible.

Magnificent

Watching the sun set over the bay of Eze, sitting with a glass of wine on the terrace is wonderful. The apartment is ON the seafront with 30 meters to a pond where you can go for a swim. The apartment fits a family well, is clean and just perfect. This was a 10 out of 10 experience!
