Masseria Helena - Luxury villa with pool and trullo

Masseria Helena is a magnificent luxury villa in Puglia, and also an ideal location for exploring the delights of the Salento region, both its charming towns including Otranto and Lecce, and the stunning beaches of the Adriatic coast. Masseria Helena is a beautiful pale stone villa, secluded in three hectares grounds, encircled with fencing and dry stone walls, and surrounded by gardens. It also boasts a large private pool among excellent al fresco facilities. This lovely rural setting makes Helena a very private retreat.
The entrance to the Villa takes place in the living area, which offers a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped designer kitchen, a room used as a laundry and a bathroom. The splendid light that enters through the glass windows stands out against the elegant stone walls and vaulted ceilings of the dining room and living room, which perfectly match the warm colors used for the interiors.
The sleeping area is connected by a covered porch and is made up of three double bedrooms with private bathroom, and two further double bedrooms with shared bathroom, which overlook an internal courtyard partially covered by a pergola and with a fountain in the center.
The trullo, a typical Apulian rural construction with a circular plan, is located a few meters away from the sleeping area, in a position with greater privacy, and consists of another double bedroom with private bathroom.
Therefore Masseria Helena is equipped with 6 double bedrooms in total, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 adults. It is also equipped with all comforts: underfloor heating and cooling system, air conditioning in all rooms and alarm, Wi-Fi internet and SKY subscription.

In the entrance courtyard there is another fountain, which on summer nights is scenically illuminated by a warm light. On the opposite side, there is the larger courtyard where a pergola leads to the infinity pool, not far from which there is a cooking area complete with a gas barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven, and covered dining area.
The 20 x 5 meter infinity pool with white glass mosaic is the pride of the outdoor spaces of this property.

Masseria Helena is located in the heart of Salento, and the closest village, less than 5 km away, is Carpignano Salentino, where there are some shops and typical restaurants. A short distance away the largest village, Martano, offers also supermarkets, pharmacies, shops as well as typical restaurants and cafeterias.
