A stunning two bedroom penthouse apartment with floor to ceiling glass windows leading out to a large balcony space with uninterrupted sea views.
Situated on the second floor of the Cliff House development in an exclusive and sought after sea facing location.
Large and light filled open plan living space designed around the irresistible views, featuring a 65 inch TV, sofa, two feature chairs, two coffee tables and doors to the balcony.
Dining space with oval shaped table, six chairs, feature hanging light and a second door to the balcony, allowing a fresh sea breeze to drift in during mealtimes.
Fully equipped kitchen space including induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and doors to the balcony.
Cot and highchair available.
Underfloor heating throughout.
Lift access to the property.
Sleeping:
Master bedroom with comfy superking size zip and link ottoman bed (can be used as 2 x 3'0 singles) with quality sleepeezee mattress, dressing table and chair, two bedside tables and views of the gardens.
Master ensuite with rainfall shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
Second bedroom featuring a king size bed with sleepeezee mattress, dressing table, chair, two bedside tables and garden views.
Family bathroom with bath and shower overhead, heated towel rail, WC and basin.

Large sea facing balcony with rattan corner sofa suite, the perfect spot for watching the sunrise or enjoying a sundowner after a day on the beach.
