This family villa is set in a picturesque country lane which is walking distance to the village centre of Pollensa.

The villa has two bedrooms, both en-suite, centralised air conditioning, under floor heating and a large stylish kitchen-dining area. There is a separate spacious living room with TV, Wi-Fi and comfortable seating area. An additional w/c is located in the shared living area and there are also points of access to the exteriors.

Outside, there is a good-sized garden with swimming pool, covered dining terrace, brick-built barbecue and another w/c. Ideal for making the most of those sunny days and al fresco dining.



L'Hort de Can Llobera is the perfect villa for families who want to be close to the old town but in a relaxed setting.

Family retreat in Pollensa

We had a wonderful stay at this picturesque property. Extremely spacious, comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Very safe walk into town, beautiful by moonlight on the way home. Quiet and peaceful, perfect place to unwind. Will definitely stay here again. Pool lights would be cool.

This is our second stay at this property. It fails to disappoint. Countryside appeal, yet a short walk into centre on Pollensa. Very comfortable, great A/C system, kitchen well equipped. Amazing outdoor space. We would still love some pool lights for evening swims.

Wir haben 11 Nächte in dieser Villa verbracht. Für uns hat alles bestens funktioniert. Tolle Kommunikation mit Nordvillas. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel, in Gehweite zum Stadtzentrum. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Ich würde empfehlen, die Gartenmöbel zu verbessern.

Ein ruhiger und komfortabler Ort

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm. Im August ist es sehr heiß auf Mallorca, aber das Haus war kühl mit einem guten Klimaanlagen-System. Die Gastfreundschaft des Nordvillas-Teams war außergewöhnlich. Er war immer verfügbar, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und lokale Empfehlungen zu geben. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Reinigung des Pools ein paar Tage nach unserem Aufenthalt, aber es wurde schnell durch den Eigentümer gelöst.
