Villa Martina, is a 200 square metre house that, consists of 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has air conditioning and a saltwater pool.
The three rooms have double beds, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. They all have a fan for the hottest nights. The two bathrooms are complete with shower and on the ground floor. The kitchen is newly renovated with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a good vacation. There are 3 dining areas, one in the living room, one on the interior terrace and the other outside, next to the barbecue.
Outside we will find a large garden with grass areas, and trees that provide shade on hot days, a large saltwater pool and a built-in barbecue area and outdoor dining table.
There is also a parking space on the plot and free parking on the street.
As an extra, there is a kitchenette outside and a shower.
