This 3 bedroom property has been completely refurbished to a high standard by the owners.

Set in the shadows of York Minster and just a few minutes walk to the heart of the city centre. The ground floor of the property has a very spacious open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, LCD Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and a dining table to seat 6 for dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect to find in a property of this standard including a coffee machine. Just off the kitchen is a ground floor wc with sink.

Moving up to the first floor of the property there are two of the bedrooms. The first of which is the large master bedroom that comes with a tremendously spacious shower ensuite. The second bedroom is next door and features twin beds. The main family bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath with an overhead shower.

On the top floor there is another twin room in the attic complete with drawer unit and clothing rail.

Although there is no parking as such with the property there is a car park very close by where you can park for 24 hours for around £15.

The property will accept one well behaved dog but please be aware all pets must be kept on the ground floor area.

Good but could of been better

Good points: lots of space, great location, quiet, warm and comfortable Negatives: Shower issue ongoing from previous reviews so couldn’t have hot showers on our last night/day, top floor bedroom very steep staircase, lack of basic facilities such as toilet roll to start you off as described, no luggage storage

Perfectly positioned property with everythign you could need. Nice quiet street, had a wonderful and peaceful nights sleep and beds extremely comfy. The space is unbelievable and the proeprty feels super airy. We really enjoyed our time here and would reccomend to everyone. Thank you

Location was great

Location was great just outside the city walls and it was really easy to walk into the centre of York. Everything was comfortable and there was everything you need. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the central heating.

Great Location

Great 3 bedroom property close to the walls of York .We stayed over New Year and had a great few days in York exploring. Th property was warm and had everything that as needed for a great stay. Check in instructions sent before my arrival were very clear and easy to understand

Perfect location, parking provided. Comfortable beds, well equipped. Ideal for our party of 4 and there was still a further unused bedroom. Responsive staff and a handy welcome folder in the property with recommendations. Clean throughout. No negative points from us.

Lovely house

Excellent location, easily walkable to town. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful street. Tastefully decorated and very spacious. Comfy beds and very clean throughout. Stairs to third bedroom may be too steep for some guests though my son loved it. Easy to use heating and plenty of hot water.

Great House

Just arrived back from a wonderful stay. The house is on a lovely quiet street with parking which is great for a city centre stay. It was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Plenty of room, bathrooms were spotless. This property has everything you need for a fantastic trip away. Within walkable distance of York city centre and the shambles it is perfect. Really good value for money, would recommend and definitely stay again

Great place.

This was a great find. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Was spacious inside and it was in a great spot, really close to town and the minster which was good for us as we spent each day out in York. Great information booklet, had plenty of good recommendations which we found really useful. Highly recommend.

Lovely convenient house

A good standard of holiday home with all the things you need. The one thing missing is a bread knife. Very clean throughout, with plenty of towels. At the price, we felt they could have provided basic food/drink stuff for the stay.
