Casa Claudio is a traditional Mallorcan villa offering a private pool, a large garden, beautiful views to the Puig de Maria and a convenient location. Set in the idyllic countryside between the two resorts of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca means you can be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on a sandy beach in just 5/10 minutes by car. The villa sleeps 6 guests in welcoming interiors furnished in a typical Mallorcan style. Built over one floor, it comprises, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is located on the pool terrace), a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, a comfortable lounge/dining room with doors that lead out to a lovely covered terrace. Set within well-maintained gardens, mainly laid to lawn and surrounded by pretty shrubbery, you will find an inviting private pool with Roman steps and sun loungers, A brick-built barbecue is also provided for grilled meals enjoyed alfresco on the dining terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy the fabulous countryside and mountain vistas. Casa Claudio is ideal for families/friends seeking a summer holiday in a peaceful area whilst still having easy access to beaches, activities, restaurants and attractions.
