Los Abedules
Lovely townhouse, recently renovated for 4 people and conveniently located in quiet residential complex within easy walking distance to beach and all amenities in Mojacar Playa. It is located in Calle Lomos del Cantal in a small residencial complex called Los Abedules.
The ground floor comprises fully fitted and equipped open plan kitchen, cloakroom and cosy lounge with dining area and access to covered terrace overlooking community gardens & swimming pool and with sea views.
Internal staircase leads up to upper level where you will find 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The main bedroom with double bed and access to open terrace with sea views, the 2nd bedroom with 2 beds: a single and a 1.35m wide double bed. This bedroom also has access to a sunny terrace.
Bed linen and towels provided
Fully equipped open plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other kitchenware and crockery.
Orientation
The main terrace off lounge has views towards the sea ( east facing) so has morning sun only, same as the terrace off main bedroom. The second bedroom has a door opening out to a west facing ( very sunny) terrace.
Community
This is a small very well kept community with swimming-pool, gardens and private parking for residents . There are only 10 houses sharing the pool.
Parking
It is possible to drive into the community and park in open ( not allocated) parking space but this house also has an underground parking space in the block just opposite called Los Geranios.
