Casa Nidia with a private pool is a traditional country house for up to 6 guests offering magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountain range. Situated in the desirable and tranquil area of Son March Valley approximately 10 minutes drive from a variety of restaurants and shops in Old Town Pollenca and 15/20 minutes from the beaches and amenities of Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente. The house has been tastefully decorated and furnished combining a blend of traditional period furniture with stylish modern touches. Built over one level with tiled floors throughout it comprises 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), an equipped kitchen with fitted appliances and a comfortable lounge and dining room. Outside, there is a private kidney-shaped swimming pool with a sun terrace and mature gardens with some lawn areas, a built-in barbecue for those who like to cook al fresco meals, and a lovely shaded dining terrace to enjoy the meal while taking in the idyllic setting and superb views. Casa Nidia is ideal for families/friends who love nature and are seeking a relaxing holiday in a peaceful retreat whilst still having easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches!
