Beautifully located in a quiet area in the southern part of Santorini, The Birds Villa Apartment is just a short walk (500m) from the island’s famous black sandy beach of Perissa.

Guests enjoy free transfer to and from the port or airport (08:00–21:00, with arrangements possible outside these hours at a small extra cost).

With your free car, you can easily explore the beaches of the island like Red beach, Kamari beach, Vlychada beach, and Monolithos beach plus with a 15min drive, you are in the center of the island, Fira town To the other side of the island Oia you can drive in 35 min. With our office, you can also book daily tours to Volcano and to the hot springs or hire ATVs for fun.\

An oasis in Perissa

Super relaxing due to the incredible efforts of the team with airport pick up, car arrangements, breakfast each day, cleaning every day. Efficient, kind, thoughtful and charming they made our stay wonderful. The outside space is excellent thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful oasis

Santorini has a reputation for big crowds and touristic experiences. The Villa of the Birds was a wonderful oasis very close to Perissa Beach. We could eat a leisurely (complementary) breakfast, lounge by the immaculate pool, listen to the birds, sleep soundly far from the partiers in Fira and still be just a short drive from the fancy culinary experiences, yacht tours, and hikes that are a must-do on the island. The establishments on Perissa Beach were such a luxury for this Washingtonian used to the rugged, wild Pacific Coast.
