A two storey, luxury detached cottage sleeping 12 in six bedrooms with central heating throughout the property.
Llydaw has a large open plan kitchen-diner with all the modern essentials including two ovens, two fridges, two dishwashers, a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils and a lot more. With built in bluetooth speakers and a huge oak dining teble, this is really a perfect cottage to bring family and friends together. Continuing downstairs there are two spacious twin and two king size en-suite bedrooms. There are another two en-suite king size rooms on the first floor. Upstairs there is a large lounge with leather suite.
Bi-fold doors open from the kitchen to a large lawned area with picnic tables. Indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, games room and outside play area.

Family stay

A lovely weekend. We had four children with us who really enjoyed themselves feeding the animals, swimming and playing in the games room. The cottage was fabulous and luxurious.

70th Birthday

Everything on this website about the property was accurate. Pool, games room, park all ideal for a family holiday. Would highly recommend. Our party was 6adults age range 70 to 27 and 2 grand children 5 and 3.

Just amazing

We hired the house for my family to get together to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Sharon and Alwyn were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We had the a brilliant weekend. The house is lovely so well equipped they have thought of everything even down to fresh flowers. The garden area was great for a bbq and playing rounders and relaxing in the sun. Perfect location close to the beach and town. Amenities pool games room etc were great. Excellent value for money. Can’t wait to go back next year.

The good:House is very nice and accommodated our party of 12 just fine. The showers were great. Having 2 dishwashers was v useful. Very well stocked with glasses/mugs/plates etc. comfy seating around the dining table and the sofas were comfy in the upstairs lounge, although we only used that space once! EV charging was a bonus, although only charged at 10kw and not 22kw as advertised.The bad:The mattresses were rock hard, most of our group had trouble getting settled in the beds, we even drove home the night before check out to avoid sleeping in the bed for another night!The garden is not enclosed - be mindful of this if you have toddlers or dogs with you. We tried to barricade the two exits with the sunbeds (plastic ones in the garden) and ride on tractors, to stop our dog escaping!We missed having a welcome basket or a few amenities to get us started when we arrived. We had to purchase 7 hand soaps for the bathrooms and kitchen, washing up liquid, extra dishwasher tabs (some were provided), kitchen roll, bin bags, sugar, salt & pepper etc. We didn’t expect to be supplied with the basics to last our 3 night stay, but not providing any hand soap is poor when you’re paying 2,000 for 3 nights!We also thought we might get eggs or milk seeing as we were staying on a farm, but not!The games room is lacking equipment to use it properly - not enough pool balls, had to ask for table tennis bats and balls, air hockey not working. A good stay but some things need improving.
