Don't Stay Here
A friend and I were to stay at this property but ended up leaving due to the fact that the flat was not clean or in the condition advertised and the location was not as expected. The owner was very slow to communicate how to access the property and only responded when I complained to VRBO. That should have been my first clue. It was dirty once we arrived with hairs in the bathroom and dead bugs on the floor. There was also what appeared to be pillow stuffing under a pulled-out futon and filthy damp towels in the washer. It had obviously not been cleaned in some time. The wifi was broken and there were no TVs in the bedrooms as advertised. The location was also less than ideal. We had a difficult time getting cabs to come to pick us up because the drivers were worried about customers using stolen credit cards and drug deals since that is what they had experienced there in the past. The owner was not responsive to our concerns and each day would say they would clean it "tomorrow." By then the property was empty and they could have come at any time but they didn't. VRBO was not helpful and stopped responding to our concerns. They did not stand behind their listing and were completely unwilling to listen or work with us. Do not stay here.
