Located in Vélez Malaga, the holiday home 'El Patio Andaluz' has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The stunning interior creates the perfect holiday atmosphere - come in and relax.

The 360 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 13 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available. There is one aircon unit per room, some rooms are connected.

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.

The heated saltwater pool is open all year and can be used until 11 pm.

Amazing place and wonderful stay

We stayed for a girls weekend away and the place was perfect. Walking distance to everything we needed. Great sized pool to relax by and really easy to talk to the owner about anything we needed

When we arrived we were met by the owners Olivier & Juana who are really nice people and they made us so welcome, If you wish to enjoy the authentic Spanish style of life then this is the place to stay. You won't be disappointed.

Pros: Just come back from my hen do staying at the villa. The owners were friendly, polite and helpful. Juana doesn't speak any English however this wasn't too much of an issue for us as a member of our group spoke Spanish. They were also accommodating, allowing us to arrive around midnight. The only thing that wasn't explicitly explained before is that Oliver and Juana sctually live on the top floor of the property. They didn't seem to mind us making noise or rolling in around 5/6am. In fact, we barely saw them. Villa is ideally situated. Large supermarket a few minutes away on foot, a tapas bar a few doors down, plenty of coffee shop, patiseries, restaurants and bars within walking distance and very friendly taxi drivers at the taxi rank if you wish to venture further afield. I would definitely recommend this villa and look to book again.

Pros: Een super vakantie gehad in dit waanzinnige mooie, gezellige en centraal gelegen huis. De ligging is perfect, ligt midden in een leuk wijkje van Velez Malaga, supermarkt, bakker, restaurants op loopafstand. Binnen heb je het gevoel weer helemaal ' vrij' te zijn, je hebt niet het gevoel midden in de stad te zitten. Zalige woonkeuken, ruim, heel sfeervol. Ook een super mooie binnenplaats met zwembad. Alles was netjes en perfect. Aardige eigenaren die op de bovenste etage wonen. Juana maakte zalige paella voor de eerste avond! eigenlijk geen minpunten want het was in een woord perfect, maar de douche boven was wat minder, we hadden ook een keer koud water.

Pros: Un séjour inoubliable au sein d'une maison typique du vieux Vélez ; charme et authenticité sont au rendez-vous. Une décoration soignée, une piscine de rêve : bref il est difficile de faire mieux ! Tout est parfait ; chaque pièce est magnifique. A deux pas du château, le patio andalou est situé au calme, à proximité du centre et la plage est accessible très rapidement en bus. Les propriétaires discrets et attentionnés à la fois, vous livrent leurs bonnes adresses et font tout pour la réussite de vos vacances. A noter que la maîtresse des lieux, artiste peintre, a réalisé les toiles qui ornent les murs du Patio Andalou. Nous reviendrons au paradis !

Pros: Een geweldig, zeer smaakvol ingericht huis met ruime slaapkamers, een fantastische woonkeuken en erg gastvrije eigenaren die zelf op de bovenste verdieping wonen. Vooral geschikt voor grote families of een groep. Fijn dat we van de garage gebruik konden maken, daar het parkeren in de wijk niet makkelijk is. Verder een heerlijk hoog ommuurde soort tuin met zwembad. Kortom: Een verblijf om aan te bevelen!!!!!

Avons profité de la piscine et de la plage. Avons visité de merveilleux endroits : Malaga, Tarifa et ses dunes, Nerja ses criques et ses superbes ruelles… Grenade… Bref des vacances de rêve dans un havre de paix. Dommage il faut partir !!! Pros: cette location a vraiment été une agréable surprise tant au niveau de la qualité des prestations, que de l'acceuil des propriétaires. La maison est en tout point identique aux photos de l'annonce, les espaces à vivre sont trés agréables. La grande table de la cuisine permet des moments très conviviaux, la déco vous mets dans le bain de la région illico. A proximité, il y a tous les commerces nécessaires et les gens sont vraiment très acceuillants.Il y a plein de visites à faire, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer en 10 jours.Quant aux propriétaires....je ne crois pas avoir déja trouvé des proprios plus sympas qu'eux: prêts à se plier en 4 pour que vous passiez des vacances agréables (nous y sommes allés pour les vacances de noël et nous avions un grand sapin décoré, les halls illuminés, des peluches pour les petits loups...bref une vraie ambiance de noël.Ils nous ont indiqué les attractions ouvertes en cette saison, ils nous ont proposé de nous emmener à l'hôpital pour nous aider a traduire....bref, c'est assez rare de rencontrer des gens aussi gentils qu'il faut le souligner) Le seul bémol, et encore...c'est une maison parfaite pour des températures plus chaudes...
