The split-level Alba Caldera Mansion is in Akrotiri, featuring an outdoor private pool and a sun terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Caldera. The spacious air-conditioned mansion has wooden floors and traditional and modern furnishings; it consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, and two bathrooms. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a games console, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Santorini is famous for its unique Caldera with its steep precipice slopes, and our mansion has a breathtaking view. Starting in May 2023, our guests can enjoy this view from the jacuzzi installed on the mansion's rooftop. The archaeological site of Ancient Akrotiri is just 0.9 miles away, while the lively Fira Town is 8.1 miles away. The Venetian fortress of Akrotiri is within walking distance from our mansion and the traditional village of Akrotiri, where you can find authentic Greek taverns and cafes. Also, it is near a hidden beach in Caldera. The owner of the property lives on the backyard patio. She is a pharmacist.

Akrotiri is one of the most famous villages of Santorini. The modern settlement stands out at the southern cap of the island. Not to mention, the village is very close to one of the most famous beaches of Santorini, the Red Beach. It is characterized by Kastelli, the medieval castle at its highest point. It has about 500 permanent residents.
Moreover, to reach Akrotiri, you will cross a beautiful route with excellent views of the beautiful volcanic landscape of Santorini. Traditionally built around the old castle, the settlement is suitable for visitors. The visitors will stroll along the narrow cobbled streets and get an exquisite taste of authentic village life. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the house. If you prefer authenticity, so Akrotiri is the place to choose.
Suppose you don’t own a vehicle. In that case, one can reach Akrotiri using public transport; a daily bus connects Akrotiri to Fira daily by bus (about 15 km).
Apart from the red beach, where one can reach Akrotiri on foot, there are also Mesa Pigadia and Aspri Paralia, which one can get only by sea.

A breathtaking situation with stunning views all around. Amani met us and showed us around. Sufficient food for breakfast and an excellent bottle of wine on-site. House is spacious with everything you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic and completely private.
