appartement agréable lors de belles journées.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse. L'appartement était très agréable aussi mais le fait des rampants fait qu'il fallait faire attention à ne pas se taper la tête. Petite remarque pour ce qui est de la 2ème chambre. Celle-ci est petite et les lits sont plus pour des enfants que des adultes étant donné la longueur. Le propriétaire que nous avons rencontré à notre arrivée était très agréable.

Un excelente apartamento junto a la playa

Apartamento muy bien ubicado a 50 metros de la playa con una excelente terraza y próximo a puntos turísticos de interés como Siracusa o Noto. El apartamento dispone de total independencia con su entrada propia. El propietario Gioacchino, muy amable y correcto. Resulta especialmente cómodo la proximidad con la playa con el agua transparente y una temperatura muy agradable. La propiedad dispone de sombrillas y sillas para hacer mas cómoda la estancia en la playa. Junto al apartamento se encuentran algunos excelentes restaurantes. En definitiva lugar muy recomendable.

Wounderful place. Very private roof top apartment.

Gioacchino and his wife are very nice people. They live in the lower level of the home so if any issue they are always available. The beach area, bars and restaurants though few in walking distance are excellent. There is a deli just next door that has plenty of take to the beach tasty stuff. The apartment itself is very clean and accommodating, all you need to bring is food, beverage and disposables to avoid dish washing. The one thing I would say about the place is limit the occupancy to no more than four adults and two children. I would highly recommend the place for a relaxing get away from the hustle of the cramped city's. Milli Grazie !!!!

Wohnung ok, in eigen völlig unattraktiven Ort

Die Wohnung war ok, sehr schöne dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer! Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und nicht für mehr als 4 Personen geeignet!! In einem Schlafzimmer sind es nur 2 Kinderzimmer. Der Ort Avola ist überhaupt nicht schön, völlig heruntergekommen. Schade, weil es im Internet anders verläuft wird

Very nice penthouse with fantastic sea view

We never will change location für our summer holiday! We spent this year again our summer holday in this penthouse of Gioacchino. We like this place as it is clean and well furnished and in a few minutes you can join the beach and inviting restaurants. The view over the sea especially when the sun is going down and in the evening with a glass of homemade wine is unforgettable! Enjoy the Roof terrace for the breakfast and for dinner with the whole family. I want to highlight the hospitality of the owner. He is always available for questions and has a lot of hints for the guests.

Lovely apartment. Modern and stylish with air-con, a nice shower, kitchen area and washing machine, satellite (I think) TV and a wonderful big terrace with a view of the sea, big table, wind-down shade and enough room to seat more than one family if you needed to. The beach is just at the end of the lane, yards away, and has a very nice beach bar. There is a very good restaurant/pizzeria behind the beach although don't walk into Avola town for a meal because you won't find a restaurant! Look out for the fruit and veg guy who parks in the lane for a few minutes about 9.00 most mornings, and there is also a fruit and veg and bread stall in the car park behind the beach. No problems parking either by the way.

Great family holiday in Avola Marina

Perfect location to pass a very nice holiday with the family. After the first stay a few years ago we came back nearly every year in the summer to relax and have simply a very good time. Not only the equipment of the appartment is nice, but first of all the service and the friendliness of the Gioacchino and his family. I would recommend the appartment to families with babies and small children as it is well equipped with all you need (baby bed, baby high chair...) and very clean. It is situated next to the beach which you can join in a few minutes. 3 Restaurants with good pizza and other local specialities are also nearby. Hope to join the place again next year!

"Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unmittelbar am Meer, sehr schöne Dachterrasse, Blick aufs Meer. Ausstattung war o.k. Alles sehr sauber. Für große Menschen ist Dachgeschosswohnung aufgrund der z. T. geringen Stehhöhe nicht optimal. Laute Hunde in der Nachbarschaft haben Nachtruhe gestört. Sehr netter Vermieter!"

"Gio und seine Familie si...

"Gio und seine Familie sind wunderbare Vermieter, die uns viel über die Gegend erzählt haben und uns sehr nett aufgenommen haben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und auch in den Details sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, auch für eine Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern bestens geeignet. Die Matrazen sind ein Traum.
