専用の独立した別荘は約800メートルに位置しています。海から、シラキュース（Arenella）の海岸沿いの素晴らしいビーチに囲まれたリゾート地の中でも最も美しい地域のひとつです。
ヴィラはゲスト専用で、駐車スペース、広いイングリッシュガーデン、心地よい松とオリーブの木に覆われた緑があります。

ビーチは有名なAretusa海辺の海岸の一部で、Costa del Soleとも呼ばれます。

ヴィラは2つのダブルベッドルーム、ソファーベッド付きのリビングルーム、暖炉、設備の整ったキッチン（冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、調理器具、オーブン、食器など）、そしてシャワー付きの2つのバスルームで構成されています。
ヴィラには屋外シャワーと屋内駐車スペースもあります。

Nice House at beautiful location

Everything was fine, the contact with Mr. Palumbo as well as with Mr. Greco was very pleasant. The house is comfortable and very well equiped and the pictures reflect completely the loviness of the premises and the surroundings. We would definitely love to stay again at the Villa Carmela.

Wonderful location. House very clean and comfortable. We were in Sicily in January and we preferred to spend a few days in Syracuse. Pleased to have chosen Villa Carmela also exploiting the beautiful space in the garden. Beautiful walks on the beach, we have also reached on foot. Every morning we had breakfast in the garden, since the weather was beautiful (luck in January !!). Thanks for the welcome, we hope peter have another chance in the future to come back to Syracuse.

Was unhappy with being told that I gave the wrong information on the website from the on site person of contact he should me his email that it was a family of three and that I had to pay more for my son until I gave him my information from my email that had a family of four, then the front gate didn’t work correctly I had to adjust the motor on the inside of the door then the person who took care of the lawn asked me to water the lawn only for a couple of hours AGAIN I WAS ON VACATION AND DIDNT WANT TO CARE FOR THE LAWN,

Maison très bien placée, à proximité des plages et des lieux de visite (Syracuse, Noto, Modica…). Le jardin est très agréable et suffisamment ombragé. Elio a fait le maximum pour répondre à nos attentes. Un lave vaisselle et un aspirateur pourraient être un plus.

Abbiamo pagato anche questo servizio in Cambio ci avete dato in asciugamano in piu’ senza poter pulire la biancheria e dovere lavare tutto a mano scandaloso mai piu’da voi.

Villa ampia, comoda e confortevole

Abitazione molto comoda ed ampia, dotata, oltre che del condizionatore, anche delle pale in soggiorno e nelle camere da letto che risultano molto utili. Situata in posizione strategica per visitare la zona del Siracusano con bellissime spiagge (Arenella, Cala Mosche, Eloro, Pizzuta), Noto, Siracusa e dintorni.

A quiet & lovely cool villa

Just came back from a 2 weeks fantastic vacation in Arenella. The villa is very comfortable, nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. We had outside dinner on a terrace and beautiful courtyard. A car is essential, there are no facilities in the immediate area. 15 minutes walk away from a beautiful sandy. Syracuse is close, by car 10 minutes away and very charming. Excellent position to have daily trip to Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Catania. The owner is all time on connection and provides useful information about surrounding. We found what we expected, thanks a lot for the confidence, beaches and warm sea. Salvatore and Pasquale, many thanks for your welcoming. Pavel

Ideale per famiglie

Bellissima villa indipendente con giardino dotata di ogni comfort. La veranda esterna è attrezzata con tavoli e sedie. Il giardino è molto curato e rilassante. Gli spazi esterni e interni consentono totale libertà ai bambini. Ampio posto auto. Cordialità e cesto di benvenuto al nostro arrivo. Non vicinissima al mare ma camminata di circa 15 minuti fattibile con i bambini. Consigliatissima!!

Oasi di tranquillitá

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa villetta a due passi dal mare i primi giorni di luglio. La casa è molto accogliente, è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Écomposta da due spaziose camere da letto, un bagno, un angolo cottura e una zona living. La zona esterna è ben curata e composta da un ampio e piacevole giardino, e nel retro c'è addirittura un comodissimo bagno esterno con doccia. La villa si trova in una delle piû belle localitá di mare in prossimitá di Siracusa: Arenella. La posizione é molto comoda per raggiungere Siracusa/Ortigia e le principali localitá del siracusano: Ognina, Fontane Bianche, Noto, Avola, Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passerò, San Lorenzo ...

Maison avec beau jardin près de la plage

La maison est simple, conforme à l'annonce. Propre. La plage est facilement accessible à pied. Grande terrasse au nord agréable l'été, beau jardin.Cependant on peut déplorer un manque d'informations touristiques et sur les commerces environnants pour personnes non italophones. Environnement bruyant du aux aboiements nocturnes et nombreux coup de klaxon du à la situation de la maison à un croisement ! Quelques transats seraient les bienvenus.

Merci de votre évaluation. Après plusieurs années et plusieurs invités, tout le monde a toujours loué la sérénité et la paix dans la maison et les environs. Les commentaires passés le confirment. La villa est située dans une zone balnéaire avec des jardins et des arbres autour de la villa. Certaines voitures pourraient parfois passer et certainement pas pendant les temps de repos. La zone est en fait très sereine, comme cela a été écrit dans les commentaires précédents. Merci cependant pour l'appréciation qu'il a laissé, en écrivant que vous avez passé un séjour serein et trouvé la villa aussi propre et confortable que dans le site. Peut-être que vous vous tromperez dans le jugement des étoiles. Il me semble que trois étoiles ne correspondent pas à votre opinion positive de toute façon. Salutations. P. La zona è infatti molto serena, come scritto nelle precedenti varie recensioni. Grazie comunque per gli apprezzamenti che ha lasciato, scrivendo che avete trascorso serena permanenza e trovato la villa pulita e confortevole come scritto nel sito. BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH GARDEN

Ospitale. Bella, arredata con gusto e semplicità. Dotata di un comodo climatizzatore (la settimana trascorsa è stata molto calda), la casa é fresca, anche perchè ben posizionata al centro della proprietà. La villa è indipendente con posto auto all'interno (scoperto). C'è una comoda veranda dove poter fare colazione e pranzo all'aperto. Il giardino é alberato e comodo. La spiaggia è vicina, dista appena 800 metri, il mare è bellissimo e la zona è gradevole con altre ville intorno, tutte indipendenti, con giardino e verde intorno.

Tolle Zeit! Wir vermissen es bereits. Vielen Dank

Wir haben eine Woche mit 4 Personen im Haus! Alle waren erstaunt und fühlte sich zu Hause die ganze Zeit. Es ist außergewöhnlich , Garten und eine große Terrasse draußen zu sitzen und speisen. Sie fühlen sich wie zu Hause. Da (wie ich mir vorstellen) ist das Haus auch von den Eigentümern des Hauses verwendet wird, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass Sie den Teig mit ein paar Freunden zu machen und genießen! Tolle Zeit! Wir vermissen es bereits. Vielen Dank für die mit uns dieses große Haus teilen §§§§§ We spent a week with 4 people in the house! Everyone was amazed and felt at home all the time. There is extraordinary garden and a large terrace to sit outside and dine. It feels at home. Since (as I imagine) this house is also used by the owners of the house is extremely well equipped, so you can make the dough out with some friends and enjoy! Great time! We miss it already. Thanks for sharing this great home with us

Villa accogliente e molto curata nei particolari.

Ottima scelta. Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa settimana a Siracusa. Rientrando dal mare, la Villa molto curata ci ha consentito di godere di piacevoli pomeriggi in mezzo al verde. La villa è pulita ed in ottimo stato (si vede che alcuni lavori di pittura erano stati fatti di recente). Piacevole sorpresa trovare una costa che oltre a dare la possibilità di scegliere tra spiaggia libera o lido ben curato, ha una incantevole scogliera con colori che andavano dal bleu intenso al celeste con spruzzi di verde inaspettato (belle immersioni). GRAZIE PER L'OSPITALITA'!!!!! A meno di 10 minuti a piedi c'erano anche panificio, alimentari ed alcuni ristoranti, anche se abbiamo preferito cenare ad Ortigia (UNA CITTA' MERAVIGIOSA!!)

Bellissima casa, comoda ed accogliente; ottima ubicazione.

Ho trascorso dieci giorni con la mia famiglia in questa bellissima villa. La casa, dotata di tutte le comodità, è spaziosa, fresca ed accogliente. Circondata da un grande giardino molto curato nel quale potersi rilassare dispone anche di un ampio portico sotto il quale abbiamo più volte piacevolmente cenato godendo del fresco della sera e dei profumi delle piante e degli alberi. Anche la sua ubicazione è molto buona: vicinissima alla bella spiaggia dell'Arenella e non distante dai principali luoghi di attrazione che questa parte della Sicilia ci offre.

BELLA VILLA, ARREDI NUOVI, VERDE ATTORNO, X RELAX

Siamo una famiglia con due bambini ed eravamo alla ricerca di una vacanza che unisce il mare a visite di città. Abbiamo scelto l'abitazione del Sig Palumbo e devo dire che le foto per quanto belle non rendono giustizia! Oltre alla posizione perfetta che ti permette di raggiungere qualsiasi posto della splendida Sicilia Barocca, sia di mare che di città, la villa è splendida. Pulita, luminosa, accogliente, con i confort di cui anche una famiglia impegnativa come la mia può avere bisogno. Bello lo spazio esterno con prato inglese e varietà di piante ben curate (il giardiniere veniva una volta a settimana, compreso nel prezzo), il tutto ha reso ottimale una vacanza in pieno relax in una incantevole zona balneare di Siracusa. Noi ci torneremo, magari per vedere i posti in un altro periodo dell anno e di certo uno dei piaceri potrà essere di soggiornare nuovamente in questa incantevole villa. Non ho alcuna criticità da segnalare. ..e siamo piuttosto esigenti! We chose the home of Mr. Palumbo and I must say that the photos do not do justice to how beautiful! Besides the perfect location that allows you to reach any place of the beautiful Baroque Sicily, both sea and city, the villa is beautiful. Clean, bright, cozy, with comforts that even a busy family like mine may need. Pleasant terrace with lawn and variety of well-maintained plants (the gardener came once a week, included in price), all made a perfect relaxing holiday in a charming area of ​​Syracuse. We will be back, perhaps to see places in another period of the year and certainly one of the pleasures will be to stay again in this lovely villa. I have no critical issues to report. ..and we are picky! Thanks for everything and see you soon!

A very nice and comfortable house near the beach

We enjoyed our week in Villa Carmela very much. The house is very comfortable, well equipped, with a lovely big garden. It is located in a nice residential area in walking distance to the beach, and very close driving distance to Syracuse. It is an excellent location for exploring the south-east part of Sicily. We loved the quiet evenings on the shady terrace, with a nice glass of Nero d'Avola :-) Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable week in this "home away from home"! We will definitely be back. Bella casa. Complimenti per l'accoglienza!!!

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La casa è carina come ben presentato dall'annuncio. é ancora più bella si presenza che nelle foto. Gentilissimo il giardiniere che ci ha accolti. Ci ha anche regalato dei melograni enormi e dolcissimi. Siamo contenti della scelta. Peccato che una settimana finirà presto. Compliementi al proprietario.
