Next to the pool, you will find a bathroom with a shower, and behind the house, there is an area to play petanque.
Located just a few meters from the Montgrí Natural Park, an ideal environment for walking, cycling, and enjoying nature.
At 1.4 km you will find Riells beach, and at 1.8 km, Montgó beach.
The house is distributed over three floors:
On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a breakfast bar and access to the terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with two single beds (90 cm) each.
On the first floor, a living room with views of the Empordà, a very bright dining room with access to the terrace, a kitchen, and a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, accessible from the garden.
On the second floor, there is a suite with a 150 cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to a private terrace with magnificent views.
There is one outdoor parking space and free parking on the street.
In total, the house can accommodate 8 people: in 2 double beds and 4 single beds.
Pets are welcome with a supplement of €10 per pet/night (maximum 2 pets).
Although it is not a new house, it has a classic and homely charm that makes it especially comfortable and functional for enjoying a relaxing holiday in a peaceful environment.
The pool is available from April until the end of October.
Entry: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, or for late check-in: contact the agency. Key pickup location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linens are included in the final cleaning price.
Mandatory services: Tourist tax €1/person/night (for those over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking, which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional paid services: pool towel, crib, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
