Precious apartment on the second line of the sea with impressive views and an unbeatable location.

Just 500m from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, a beach of fine and white sand, one of the best in Mallorca.

Close to restaurants, bars, shops, a step away from the seafront promenade. No car rental is necessary.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 single and two double, 2 full bathrooms, one of them en suite.

Furnished and equipped kitchen next to the dining room with exit to the poche where you can delight in the panoramic views of the Bay of Alcúdia.

Equipped with air conditioning, it is on the second floor with a lift.

Ideal for families, friends, couples...



Electricity is paid separately according to consumption at 0.30€/kwh

The stay at the Appartement was nice

The stay at the Appartement was nice. It is spacious, has a good smell and both bathrooms are clean and without stinkmold, which unfortunately often occurs in mediterrane Appartments. Central location, parking possible in several free larger parking places 2,3 streets away. As there are some kiosk and kebab store below there is some noise in the evening.

Nice apartment

All in one, the apartment was cosy, clean and modern. We had everything we needed for a week. The location is good, the beach is perfect for children, at only 5 min walking from the apartment. The area is full of good restaurants and markets and lots of attractions for the little ones.

The communication prior to and during our stay was speedy, kind and very forthcoming. Interacting with the Super hosts and the agency was really a pleasure. The flat was great, modern and in great condition, clean and with a very well equipped kitchen with all the gear you could imagine to use during a vacation. The location of the flat is great with a little distance to the most touristed areas, but within a very short walk to everything - supermarket, restaurants, beach etc.

PERFECT location

PERFECT location.. a close walk to lots of amazing eateries and local shops. Excellent Appartment with a lovely terrace over looking the port and marina. The AC works perfectly, the Appartment was very well equipped with great showers, seating area and dining area. Nice touches like a beach bag & hats. The host is amazing (probably the best we’ve had) and allowed us to check-out a little later which really made our stay perfect as we could use the day to further explore and then get our later flight. Be aware you have to pay for electric which is fine but not the norm (maybe I’m wrong?!) for all ABnB places, but it’s more than worth it for this excellent place. Thank you for a truly perfect stay in Alcudia.

Nice apartment. Quite close to all most restaurants, marina, beaches and shops!

Good clear and concise instructions via email&#47messaging as to where to locate the property and what the door keys were located. The rooms were a good size, kitchen had all the facilities including a coffee maker which we used a lot. (Good coffee too!) The living room&#47lounge has a good size table and plenty of seating. The balcony has an excellent view of the bay to the left. There are plenty of helpful items, including the washing machine which was used on the odd occasion. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and felt that it was very good value for money.

We had a nice time in Mariana & Marina’s apartment. Communication was very easy, responsive and super friendly. The location is exactly as described with a lot of great restaurants nearby. The beach can be reached within 5 minutes, it takes 15 minutes to reach a nice place to swim, though. The apartment itself was ok, but not in perfect shape. Once we had a neighbor from downstairs waking us up in the middle of the night because water was running from her ceiling. The next day the same thing happened to us. There was a lot of mould on the walls: not sure if it’s the toxic kind. One AC was leaking water when it was running and the ventilation in both bathroom did not work. Nothing major, but still some room for improvement.

Es war alles perfekt. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Gute Lage und einen wunderschönen Balkon. Als wir Probleme mit dem Fenster hatten kam der Eigentümer , in nur wenigen Stunden vorbei und hat das Fenster repariert. 10/10

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, propre et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et très réactive, et le stationnement est facile à proximité, ce qui est très appréciable. Tout était vraiment parfait dans l’ensemble. Seul point à noter : l’appartement est peu isolé phoniquement, on entend facilement les bruits de la rue et de l’immeuble. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons le logement.
