Shop 50 m, grocery, supermarket 15 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 10 m, bicycle rental 250 m, pub garden 20 m, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach "Playa de Alcudia" 80 m, rocky beach "Alcanada" 2 km, diving center 5 km. Sports harbour 120 m, marina 120 m, golf course (18 hole) 3 km, surf school, sailing school, tennis 1 km, sports centre 1 km, cycle lane 500 m. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors. Groups of teenagers on request only. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Airfield 60 km from the property.

Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Partial view of the sea.
