Flat Praia Rocha Varandas Atlantis

T1 Apartment for vacation on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools. Sea view and just 40 m from the beach sand.



Property composed of: entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, two single beds and air conditioning (cold and hot), equipped kitchenette.

Room and bedroom with balcony - Sea and beach view.

Internet Wi-Fi and TV (MEO Fiber system).



Parking space in the building's garage.



NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:

According to municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.

- In low season (11/1 to 3/31) 1€ per person, per night.



Note:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.



- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess amount settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reserve according to the accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the security deposit amount.

Just perfect!

Everything was perfect. The welcome at the agency upon arrival and the attention and assistance given to us by the entire team during our stay was fantastic. The apartment is calm, very clean and very well furnished with all amenities, the bed is very comfortable and the linen changing and apartment cleaning service is impeccable. We want to congratulate and thank Nuris for providing us with such a great vacation and making us feel like we were at our own home. We hope to return soon! I suggest that you leave wooden wedges in the apartment to prevent the bedroom, bathroom and living room doors from closing systematically, even when we want to leave them open.

Logement de qualité géré par de bons professionnels

L'emplacement, logement propre et bien équipé, cabinet de gestion profesionnel. Je retiens également l'amabilité de la personne qui était à l'accueil. horaire d'arrivée limité entre 16h00 et 18h00. Dépôt de garantie à payer avant d'entrer. Je pense qu'il faut être flexible sur ces points par rapport à des voyageurs arrivant tard ou n'ayant pas la possibilité de payer à distance.

Een fijn appartement voor een langdurig verblijf in de winter.

Goed geoutilleerd en gezellig appartement. Service Nuris is uitstekend goed bereikbaar en er wordt snel en adequaat gereageerd op meldingen. Voorts prima wekelijkse schoonmaak met bedverschoning en handdoekenwissel. De afwatering van het regenwater op het balkon is dramatisch. Na fikse regenbuien blijft er dagenlang centimeters water staan. Het is jammer dat dit fijne appartement in een oud, gedateerd en naargeestig gebouw is gevestigd. Een buitenlamp bij de hoofdentree en verlichting met bewegingsmelder in centrale hal zou fijn voor gasten die 's avonds in het donker aankomen (zoals in ons geval).

Excelente apartamento e atendimento

Estadia de um mês (Janeiro) O prédio tem boa manutenção, os vizinhos são educados e não há barulho demasiado. No térreo há várias lojas, restaurantes, e um bom supermercado que é bastante conveniente. A localização não podia ser melhor, na linha de frente, há muitas opções de bares, restaurantes, supermercados, e acesso a trilhas e caminhadas com paisagens lindíssimas. O apartamento é confortável e bem decorado. A cozinha tem todos os utensílios para preparar refeições, televisão no quarto e na sala, varanda com mobília e com vista, e uma vaga de garagem. O espaço de trabalho também é ótimo e a internet funcionou bem para trabalhar remoto. Há limpeza semanal sempre comunicada com antecedência. O atendimento foi o ponto alto da experiência que tive no Algarve. Todo o time da Nuris, em especial a Cláudia e o Sérgio, foram extremamente atenciosos. A internet deu problema no dia 31 de dezembro e o Sérgio prontamente resolveu em poucas horas, com o chamado de um técnico. Cláudia sempre disponível para responder perguntas via Whatsapp e indicar onde alugar carro, passeios e etc. Todas as vezes que fui ao escritório e tivemos contato pessoalmente foram muito receptivos. O trabalho da Nuris é feito com muito profissionalismo e seriedade, o valor de depósito foi devolvido na data programada, sem nenhuma eventualidade. Eu voltaria a alugar com Nuris na próxima viagem ao Algarve. Altamente recomendado. Nada.

Apartamento muito bom e muito bem localizado.

Faltava ter uma sertã e o forno a funcionar. O chão nas piscinas estava sujo, não dava para colocar as toalhas no chão e as cadeiras estavam quase sempre todas ocupadas.
