Summary:

Welcome to this lovely apartment located in the sunny Riviera del Sol within walking distance to the Riviera Playa and the lovely promenade to La Cala de Mijas. The apartment is located in a quiet area with several restaurants and bars a short walk away. There is also a gym, sports facilities with paddle and tennis as well as several golf courses, all within a 5-minute drive.



The Space:

At the beach there is also a popular beach club, typical of the Marbella area with good food, pool, and beachfront. It's called Max Beach. When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and newly renovated apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and much more to cook on holiday. Furthermore, you enter the living room with a dining group for 4 people, a comfortable sofa bed that becomes a double bed, smart TV. Then you come out to the lovely balcony where you have a nice dining group overlooking the pool. Master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and an A / C, there is another bathroom with shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with AC in each room, WIFI, smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
