Outside, there is a private rear garden with decking, lawn, hot tub, an outdoor tap for showering dogs, fire pit, barbecue and furniture, and shared grounds with patio, terrace, summerhouse, a children's play area, football pitch and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 1, a pub and beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at the property, however, smoking is not permitted. Town: Mullion is a major village on the Lizard Peninsula, a short distance south of Helston and within easy reach of Lizard Point, it is the most southernly point of mainland Britain. Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a picturesque functioning port, are all located in the settlement. Helston is a lovely busy market town noted for its Flora Day Festival, and the intriguing Helston Folk Museum tells numerous stories and traditions concerning the "Furry Dance."
