This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. A two-minute walk away is Carles Buigas street, one of the main commercial arteries of the capital of the Costa Dorada, where you can find shops, restaurants and venues to fully enjoy the hustle and bustle and nightlife of Salou. Also nearby is La Masía Catalana de Salou (a complex of buildings constructed in 1974 and remodelled in 2011). The farmhouse was initially conceived as a monumental nativity scene where you could contemplate different characteristic elements of the rural sphere of Catalan life. In the last remodelling, an area with different children's play areas and landscaped zones has been included, and some of the existing buildings have been rehabilitated.
