- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online check-in is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes providing guest details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, key collection cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information.
