Fantastic ground floor apartment in a very quiet area of Salou. The complex, of high standing, has a large community garden with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and a paddle court. It also offers 2 special areas for the little ones with swings and other games; all of high quality. Ideal for a summer getaway with children.

With capacity for up to 8 people, it is distributed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a single floor with a large living - dining room with large windows with access to the large terrace, a very well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom area is divided into a double suite with its bathroom, 1 room with 2 single beds and another room with a double bed.

Online registration 48h before arrival is required (Royal Decree 933/2021). Keys are collected at the UHC offices, Av. Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
Check out before 10:00 am. Accommodation must be left as found. Final cleaning optional, but basic tidiness (e.g., garbage, dishes) required.
Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.

Appartement spacieux et bien placé, proche de la mer. Grande terrasse, piscines et jardins très bien entretenu. Terrain de padel très apprécié. Remplacement des chaises et transats extérieurs qui étaient cassés. Coussins du salon de jardin à changer car ils sont déchirés. Douche à remettre en état ( calcaire+++) et pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionne pas.

Bonjour, confort et spacieux appartement.

le confort intérieur avec 2 salles de bain, l'équipement complet "cuisine équipée , lave vaisselle et lave linge" une terrasse spacieuse et bien équipée , un parc magnifique avec piscines. nous regrettons un peu la distance entre l'appartement et l'agence pour la prise des clés , étant une personne à mobilité réduite ,j'ai du me déplacer en bus et tous les bus ne sont pas équipé pour les voiturettes roulante .

Zomer in Salou

Het complex is mooi en goed verzorgd. Wij waren heel blij dat wij een appartement op de begane grond hadden, zo liep je makkelijk naar het zwembad. Genoeg ruimte om daar te zitten en de temperatuur van het water is heerlijk. Het appartement had heerlijke bedden en twee goede badkamers. De keuken is compleet en er is voldoende bestek en service. In de woonkamer staat alles wat je nodig hebt maar de sfeer ontbreekt. Dit zelfde geldt voor het terras. Oh ja en je loopt ook zo naar het heerlijke zandstrand. Om van een mooi uitzicht te kunnen genieten moet je je strandbedje wel goed neerzetten anders zie je scheepvaart. Ga je naar de omliggende strandjes dan heb je daar geen last van. Cultureel gezien is de kathedraal van Tarragone een aanrader en park Sama is een flop. Op het strand van Salou is volop waterplezier aanwezig. In Cambrils kan je een leuke catamarantocht boeken. .

La urbanización con piscina propia es genial para poder entretener a los niños, el apartamento tiene muy buen aire acondicionado y está bien situado de cara a cercanía de la playa. También la atención y profesionalidad demostrada por la compañía, ante cualquier problema responden enseguida. A modo de mejora comentaré los siguientes puntos: -Las sartenes que había estaban terriblemente ralladas y desgastadas. Reclamé y nos suministraron dos nuevas (genial servicio). Deberían revisar y reabastecer de elementos de cocina en buen estado de manera más regular. -La manguera de la terraza estaba partida, no impidió que la utilizásemos, pero no correctamente. -Uno de los tendederos estaba roto. -Los asientos de jardín de "mimbre" estaban con pequeños rotos bajo los cojines. -El candado para cerrar la puerta de la terraza estaba roto, no cerraba. Además, a nuestra llegada las llaves de dicho candado (que incluían las de acceso al propio apartamento) estaban colgadas en la puerta de la terraza, cualquier persona podría haberlas cogido ya que no nos las proporcionaron en la oficina. Imagino que el servicio de limpieza se las dejaría. -La limpieza del apartamento no era del todo correcta, sin ser algo exagerado, requería algo más de limpieza a la hora de la entrega.

Un lugar maravilloso

Una urbanizacion super tranquila y familiar que no le falta detalle, todo muy cuidado. El apartamento amplio y muy comodo con una gran terraza y a 5 minutos de la playa. Dar información sobre las parcelas de garaje. La entrada fue un poco complicada.
