This apartment is in a fantastic central location, surrounded by restaurants and entertainment venues.
It is a 5-minute walk from the Boulevard de la Croisette, the beach and the old harbour, on the Place du Suquet, the historic heart of Cannes.
This makes it ideal for visitors to trade fairs such as MIPIM, Cannes LIONS, the world-famous Film Festival, MAPIC and ILTM, but also for holidaymakers, city trippers, culture lovers and families who come to enjoy everything the Côte d'Azur has to offer.
It's a bit of a climb to get there, as the flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, but it's worth it!
A beautiful space with a lovely view from the living room with kitchen over the Place du Suquet and, in the distance, the sea and the contours of the beautiful Estérel mountains.
The master bedroom opens onto a small balcony where you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the (car-free) street and the sun all day long.
Sip your Nespresso and enjoy a fresh croissant from the bakery around the corner – what more could you want?
The flat is air-conditioned.
The second bedroom is located on the mezzanine. Please note that you will need to use an attic staircase to get there. This is not a problem for children aged 6 and above and people who are mobile.
