This lovely, spacious studio townhouse is an ideal holiday home for couples that wish to stay in the heart of Estepona old town, only a short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and local shops. The property has been recently renovated and has one bedroom, a large lounge/living room, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an independent air con unit for cooling and heating. The renovated bathroom with walk-in shower is also located on this level. The lounge area also has an independent air con unit and a wide Smart TV with international channels including Sky along with a high speed fibre optic internet connection throughout the house. Unfortunately the living room doesn´t have any windows to the exterior. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas powered stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine. Please note that the property has a second bedroom without any windows to the exterior, we may allow extra guests for an additional fee.
