Lovely clean and comfortable

We had a great stay in this newly renovated apartment. We would highly recommend. Just a short walk from the underground and lovely restaurants near by. The host was very responsive in his replies.

👋 Hi, I’m Ben! I live in London and love sharing my Maida Vale neighborhood with guests. I take pride in offering a clean, stylish, great-value home that makes your stay easy and comfortable. Always happy to recommend local cafés, parks, and hidden gems nearby!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This area is loved for its leafy streets, beautiful Victorian homes, and peaceful atmosphere, while still being just minutes from Central London. Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo Line & Overground) is a short walk away, making it easy to reach Oxford Circus, Paddington, and beyond.

You’ll also find Little Venice’s canals, local cafés, pubs, and green spaces nearby — perfect for a morning stroll or a relaxed evening. I enjoy sharing my favorite spots with guests so you can experience London like a local.

I look forward to welcoming you to both my home and my neighborhood!

この宿泊施設の特徴

🌟 What makes your property unique
1. Split-level layout – Rare in London apartments. It feels more spacious, with a natural separation between living and sleeping areas.
2. Top-floor position – Bright, airy, and quieter than ground-floor flats. Guests love the extra light and sense of privacy.
3. Two real double bedrooms – Not always guaranteed in London! Both rooms are full doubles, making it perfect for families, friends, or colleagues.
4. Maida Vale / Queen’s Park location – A sought-after area: leafy streets, safe, relaxed, but still only minutes from Central London via the Bakerloo Line.
5. Great value – Stylish, modern apartment offering more space and comfort than a hotel, at a competitive price.
