The apartment is set in the gated very authentic charming small typical Spanish urbanisation of the apartments yet with mature and picturesque tropical gardens and two swimming pools.

This penthouse is set on the 3d top floor and consists of the spacious living room equipped with modern style kitchen, large sofa set, TV and a fireplace. There is a direct access to the terrace with sea views. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture set so that you could enjoy your meals watching sunset over Mediterranean and Gibraltar and African Coast. The staircase leads to another rooftop terrace where you will find BBQ set and a sofa with a table. Incredible panoramic views to the sea, mountains and golf fields open from the roof top terrace. In total there are 3 terraces in this apartment and it makes it really unique given its exquisite decoration and views.

Two bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed each, one of the bedrooms has a small terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Here you will find a coffee table and a couple of chairs. There are two modern bathrooms. There is also a small room adjoining the living room. It is equipped with a sofa bed good for two people making it 6 comfortable sleeping places in total.
