LAYOUT HOUSE
Entrance with stairs to the living area with sitting area, flat screen and open kitchen with large dining table, dishwasher and combi oven.
There are 2 bedrooms with a double box-spring bed. The 3th bedroom is with a bunk bed.
The bathroom has a wonderful double rain shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the house.
From the living room you enter the sunken terrace with dining table and lounge sofa.
This special holiday home really has an ideal location between the beach and the village of Holum.
The sustainability manifests itself in:
• Orientation to the sun
• Maximum use of daylight and solar heat
• PV panels provide 90% of the total energy requirement
• Solar boiler, sufficient supply for 60 minutes of shower water per 24 hours
• Green roof as a rainwater buffer and extra insulation
• Triple glazing
• Underfloor heating by air heat pump
• No gas connection
Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
