Nooitgedacht, a nice apartment on the corner of an Ameland farmhouse in Ballum.
Layout apartment
Private entrance with terrace. From the hall you enter the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, 4-burner stove, refrigerator, combi oven and dishwasher.
On the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. There is also a washing machine.
Bedrooms (3)
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. There is also an extra separate toilet on the first floor.
You can park in the parking lot in front of the door.
Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
