Layout Studio

This studio is approximately 70m2, has an entrance with wardrobe, a sleeping area with a nice 2 bed and living area with fully equipped kitchen with induction hob.
The living area has a flat screen TV with soundbar, sitting area with sofa and chair. In the dining area a table with 4 chairs.
The separation of the sleeping area is with curtains.

Adjacent to the living room is the bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, sink, toilet and
washing machine.

There is a terrace behind the Studio with a table, 4 garden chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is also a bench in front of the studio to sit in the sun in the afternoon.

The studio has its own parking space and a charging station that you can use with your own card.

Who was Captain Brouwer?
Captain Jan Rinses Brouwer really lived and is a distant ancestor of the owners of the studio. He was born in 1758 in Hollum and died in 1829 in Nes. He was an outsider and sailed mainly on the Baltic Sea to Riga.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
