Zeekraal is a renovated house on Roosdunen (Ballum) near the forest and outdoor swimming pool.

Garden and terrace space to the south and west (completely surrounded, so ideal with children (or a dog*). Around Ballum you will find a beautiful natural area for walking and cycling and from here you can easily see the whole island.

ZEEKRAAL
Spacious living room with sofa, TV, royal dining/working table. Open modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a large fridge with separate freezer, Nespresso and dishwashmachine. The kitchen has a small separate part ideal for working or little coffe corner. There are 3 bedrooms next to the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, rain shower and toilet. There is also a guest toilet in the hall.

From the living room you come to the terrace with a nice picnic table and to the south a lovely lounge sofa.

The house is also equipped with good internet and has its own parking facilities (for 2 cars). The garden is also completely fenced, so ideal with children (or dogs*).

SURROUNDINGS
Nearby are the wood and the outdoor swimming pool. The beach is about 1900 meters away and the village Ballum (with small supermarket) is about 800 meters away. Ballum is centrally located on the island. So you can stay on the golf course (9-hole links course and par 3 course) in Hollum in just a few minutes or you can cycle to the cozy village of Nes to shop.

* Completely surrounded/fenced: the rear of the house has all kinds of dense trees, but a little slim dog might come through here ;-)

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
