Thanks for the refund. I want to let you know that overall the stay went OK. However, a few aspects could be improved to make the experience more comfortable, especially given the standard rental price. First of all, there was no coffee table in the living room, which makes the space a bit less convenient for relaxing, for placing items while watching TV in toilets. There is no holder for the toilet paper, which may seem minor but quickly become inconvenient. The most problematic issue was the lack of air conditioning, not only in the one of the bedroom, but also in the common area (AC was kept turned off ). During the first day, the weather was particularly hot for three days, and the heat and humidity inside the house became difficult to bear. One of my friends even had to stay outside by the pool for two nights to find some relief from the heat. I understand the absence of air conditioning in one room was mentioned in the listing based on your agent, but given the high price, we naturally assumed that the entire house would be equipped. I checked your description, and I see you put WC, which makes the people mistake with AC, otherwise the other places called you called it bathroom! It is an important detail I believe should be reconsidered to improve the comfort of future guests. I try to share this feedback in a constructive spirit. I am also considering leaving a review on social media to honestly inform future renters.
