Located on the second floor of a historic building, Lucy’s House offers a romantic view of the city’s rooftops — perfect for moments of pure relaxation and magic.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, a cozy sofa, and a 32” Smart Monitor with access to all streaming platforms. The smart air conditioner in the living area keeps the space cool during the summer months.



• THE SLEEPING AREA 🛏️

A bright and comfortable bedroom featuring a double bed and a single bed. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a desk for remote work, and games for children. A portable fan ensures a pleasant atmosphere during warmer days.



• THE BATHROOM 🚿

Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine available for guests. Complimentary toiletries include shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer.

Lovely apartment, with LOTS of personal touches, toiletries, paper goods, linens, extra pillows! Amazing communication with host…responding to our many questions! They went the extra mile! Location is ideal in Foligno…lovely, centrally located town in Umbria…within walking steps of history and great food! Highly recommend!

Zentral und liebenswürdig

14 Tage sind wie im Flug vergangen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum und der Vermieter hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
